Great facility, convenient, clean, good pool and hot tub, and reasonably priced.

The hotel is cozy and charming, the bed was sooo very comfortable!! Checking in/out was a breeze and they allowed me a generous late check out, something I REALLY needed!

Stayed one night. Very nice room with continental breakfast which wasn’t much but at least something.

I wish I had reasons to visit Wausau more because of this hotel. I love the esthetic of the whole place, the atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and helpful right from the very first interaction. The room was clean, well maintained, I appreciate that we were able to keep the temperature controlled at comfy level without it being one extreme or the other. The pool area was fun and well stocked with towels. The breakfast is abundant and tasty, so much to choose from! My only conplaint is that there is not a lot of seating in the breakfast area, so we had to juggle our plates and drinks while going in the elevator and getting into our room which did not have adequate space to set our food down and eat. And by the time we got settled, waffles were cold. Even so, we were overall very impressed with the accomodations, especially for the reasonable price.

Room was nice. Breakfast was average.

It was a good stay. The only thing was there was not enough covers on the bed.

Room was super damp and humid. Shower head was super low. Bed was average but pillows were mehh. Breakfast was bland and the same thing with not a lot of options. Staff seems put off your there. But won’t stay again with having a super damp room and my coworkers room was the same way.

The people were kind but the facility could use updates. My room was clean but we had to switch rooms after we checked in because the a/c wasn't working. They quickly moved us across the hall but it was inconvenient to have to do so.

Everyone seemed very friendly... Room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable bed

It was a nice hotel . Beautiful Outdoors themed . there was just a lot of competitions being held close by. This made it noisy in the hallways. Kids practicing their routine.

Great place

Affordable, clean and courteous staff. Dogs are welcome for a small fee. Would recommend to family and friends. We always stay here when in Wausau Wi!

Good hotel for the price. Breakfast options didnt change but it was sufficient expecially for the price. Bed wasnt to my liking but cant win em all with the price.

I had a suite so my room was at the end of the hall near an exit door the slams open and slams closed. This door opened all hours of the night and was extremely loud. The tv has very low volume. We were excited to unwind after a long day and had to resort to using a lap top to watch our movie so we could hear it. The service in itself was fine.
