I really liked our room and the place is beautiful but the only thing I had a problem with was that the bed was not comfortable it had a very obvious area where the springs must of been broken

Parking was a bit of an issue due to 2 large pick up trucks with extended trailers parked side by side. Room nice & warm in spite of frigid temperatures. Staff very nice!

Warm and welcoming staff, room was very clean and comfortable. I have and will stay again when in the area.

The lake view and beach were the only thing that kept us here. There was a funky smell in the room as when we checked in. The locks on the back door locked us out and the key lock they gave us did not work. When we were let into our room they said "it's just that way with these locks". Would have been ok if we had been warned about the disfunct lock. We were not warned. There was a man employed here that looked through our window. It was extremely disturbing. Overall an awful experience. Guests should not let the views sway their initial opinions. There are one hundred places that are run professionally within 25 miles. Good luck to any who stay here. And pack lots of food. Their "breakfast" is an absolute joke.

Love the kitchenettes and being right on the water. The downfall was no ice machine.

Our stay was great. Room set up was spacious. I could nitpick anyplace. Overall great for the area and would use the hotel again for another 4 wheeling trip.

Very clean room, beautiful setting on lake and in the woods. We were a late check in, so Susie had called earlier in the day to let us know how to check in; she was friendly on the phone. Coffee service as part of the continental breakfast with refrigerated half and half was nice (many places don’t have that for coffee). And the coffee tasted decent, too. Thank you.

The place was nice and peaceful, but it was hot and stuffy in our room, the air conditioning was not working, hard to sleep because it was so hot. The beach was clean and beautiful view. We didn't pick a great weekend it rained the whole time, but the bars around there are great and everyone is so friendly still had a good time 😊

This is an older property. It was maintained and clean. But, the rooms and amenities need to be updated to demand the prices being asked.
