ナパバレー2日目に滞在。チェックインはホテルの都合で4時からと言われ、さらに予約がされてないと言われるも、スタッフは丁寧に対応してくれた。またクリーニングスタッフも親切でとても良い。 徒歩5分程度の範囲内にSafewayなどがあり場所も便利。 治安の良いナパではあるが、窓の構造などセキュリティの面で不安になった。

スタッフの方にオススメのワイナリーやレストランを丁寧に教えていただきました。 目的地までの行き方も詳しく説明してもらえます。

Motel has comfortable bed linens and towels. Room is mostly clean except for thick layer of dust on artificial flowers and mold spots on ceiling bathroom. Motel is on busy street so there was some street noise. Amenities were minimal. Tiny bars of soap and shampoo/conditioner. The front staff did bare minimum and I would not describe her as welcoming. She needs to buzzed or called and does not sit at front. She does not greet or say hello. Napa Valley generally has very high standards for service and hospitality. However, it was not the case here. I realize this is a basic motel but for $200 for the night I would still expect some basic service and manners.

The bed was comfortable. The batteries were dead in the tv remote and there was only decaffeinated coffee in the room

Pictures on the website were totally misleading. Rooms need updating as well as a very uncomfortable mattress. It appeared clean but looking closely it was not.

I had stayed at this location a couple times before, with very high ratings. This time I was the only ‘resident’ in a 20 room motel. Initial room had paint peeling, spackled areas, refrigerator freezer was not operational - a solid piece of hanging ice, TV didn’t work, etc When asked about fixing TV, attendant (despite trying) couldn’t resolve. He said he’d have technician come by. When no one shows up, I asked how much longer, and told 10 minutes. I replied ‘fine, but if that doesn’t happen I’d like another room’. He then gave me another room in an area I’d have previous favorable visits. This room’s TV worked, as did the refrigerator/freezer. Room appearance was much better. Unfortunately later in the evening I discovered sink to be draining very slowly. In the morning I discovered the tub/shower drained even slower and the microwave was broken after I had prepared food to cook. Extremely disappointing. I will not be returning.

Very cute, clean and spacious rooms. Such a surprising stay for the price. We will be back and I highly recommend

Nice little lodge in the middle of Napa. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Very convenient 👌 Only 2 small issues. Toilet did not work properly, and the room smelled very musky upon entering. Once we aired it out it smelled much better. Very clean rooms.

Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Kay. Beautiful garden area.

I really liked the property. The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning. It was quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay!
