Continental Breakfast

Would have liked to have continental breakfast when you wake up in the mornings.

No air conditioner on the lobby and the hotel smell bad.

Moldy and musty. Ac didn’t work in hotel or room.

I did not care for the property at all. Any doors that should have been locked for safety puposes; the locks didn't work; they were open. There were notices posted stating that the fire alert system didn't work. There wasn't air comditioner in the lobby; very hot while waiting for a few people to check in in front of me. There wasn't any elevators for guests in building. Made it very difficult for me to bring all the baby stuff we needed into the building. Once in the rooms, they seemed VERY old. Air conditioner didn't work the best. Needed many updates. On the day of check out, I saw a couple of roaches, one big and several small ones. While waiting on line to notify the desk, the woman at the desk was very stressed and short with some of the guests. I will not returning there!!!

They apparently had water damage- carpeting bubbling up in halls, paint peeling off walls. No housekeeping service ( like in Covid pandemic - no restock of coffee, towels or bed making )

Place was not clean

Comfortable bed, decent water pressure & hot water. Saved on house keeping as it was non-existent. Property overall needs a lot of TLC, a lot of broken windows and some rooms look like they've been abandoned. Quiet and relatively cheap. Normally stay elsewhere, but they all wanted $1000+ for the week, this was just over $500 and not a roach coach.

Very run down and depressing environment

Came in to state to make funeral arrangements unexpectedly, check in staff was kind and sweet & he was very helpful. Upon checkout the staff was rude and snappy and didn’t want to give me back my deposit because I used a single towel to wipe iced coffee up. Walked from car to building and found empty beer bottles and a needle next to the side entrance door publicly used by families to enter the main hallway to access the rooms.

Absolutely terrible. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. A worker literally barged into our room at 11:30pm without knocking then proceeded to leave without saying a word. Came back 20 minutes later banging on the door demanding that we leave-we had the hotel for another two nights. When we complained, they didn’t apologize and were so rude. We left the next morning because we refused to stay any longer. We had bugs in the bed, a broken window on the ground floor, a hole in the wall and overall it was disgusting. DO NOT STAY here.

IF I WAS HOMELESS I WOULD NOT STAY THERE... WORST MOTEL EVER I DEMAND A FULL REFUND WE CHECKED OUT EARLY...

Stayed in room 254.. disgusting..dirty and roaches everywhere!!! No microwave..ac hardly works.. toilet doesn't flush..no shampoo or conditioner..hair dryer didn't work tun was filthy. turned on the sink in the roached filled bathroom and water came out brown..what isn't wrong with this disgusting place?!

It was filthy, staff was dirty, prostitution in the back parking lot, no amenities, no phone in room, smelled! I can’t find enough adjectives to describe how bad this place is! I’ve told everyone and anyone to stay away!

This place was worst hotel I ever stayed at Run! I felt like all the guests were ready to purge

Upon arrival it did not seem like the AC was working in the lobby but they had portable AC units around. The room was not as clean as it could have been, there was a dirty sock from what I’m assuming is the previous people who stayed in the room. We stated three people were staying in the room but they did not supply enough linens, pillows and towels to accommodate three people. The pull out bed springs were broken creating a dip in the bed, the AC in the room was running but would not cool the room down, and the water took forever to get warm. We just kept the accommodations due to only being in the room to shower and sleep but you are getting bear minimum if you stay here.
