It was fine. The pool is small and the gym is a joke. Staff don't do checkups unless its to kick you out.

Al registrarme me dijeron que la limpieza se hacía cada tercer día. Al pasar el tercer día no hicieron limpieza así que al cuarto día solicité limpiaran la habitación pero no lo hicieron y al llegar por la noche había una cucaracha. Acudí a recepción para quejarme y me asignaron otra habitación para pasar la noche. En resumen hicieron limpieza hasta el quinto día. Considero que en estancias de varios días ellos deben programar la limpieza en automático. Reserve una habitación con dos camas y un sofá cama para 3 personas pero el Sofá cama estaba muy viejo y sucio y no me dio confianza para dormir. Definitivamente estaban mejor las habitaciones de dos camas. La ubicación del Hotel muy buena, el personal muy amable y hay una pequeña cafetería con un menú sencillo para tomar algo y no salir en ayunas. También tiene un restaurante hindú y el personal que los atiende es muy amable. Es una lástima la falta de limpieza del hotel porque lo demás está bien, pero la limpieza para mí es fundamental así que no regresaria

Very pleasant hotel. I only had 2 gripes. 1.) the doors wouldn't close inside the room. The closet door and bathroom door. But they seemed to be doing renovation so I didn't really think to much about it. And 2.) the guest shop attendant was giving me red flags when I was asking about prices like she was heckling with me. Other than that it was very pleasant. The cafe they have there is amazing and the hotel was clean. Front desk guy was really nice. And you could see they were taking care of the hotel like painting and fixing things. Price was great and I would definitely stay here again. Wasn't there for the theme parks but it was really close to them too.

Checked in and left within my first hour. Not as pictured and very unclean. Felt very uncomfortable in the room. The front desk was very nice and offered to change our room but I couldn’t stay. I am still awaiting a refund

Llegamos de paso a Orlando y decidimos encontrar un lugar cerca de los oulets y de Universal… el shuttle que te ofrecen gratis se tiene que reservar y el horario es a las 7:20 am… elegimos UBER… como nuestra estancia fue de dos noches simplemente nos avisaron que no nos tocaba limpieza de cuarto😳, pero que si queríamos nos cambiaban las toallas… me pareció increíble… no te cobran menos por quedarte dos días que por quedarte 4… las personas que te atienden en el mostrador y en el mostrador de Universal muy descorteses… sin embargo quienes atienden la cafetería y la tienda de conveniencia muy amables. Dicen que tienen área designada para fumar… pero el área era cualquier lugar al aire libre.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy pillows. Bathroom fan was so loud. Only options for AC was on or off. Given a room in back of hotel next to very noisy highway. Long black hair came out of “new” and supposedly clean towel.

Great location. Comfy bed. Older hotel. No girls just sleep and shower and close to park.

It was nice. We have a great time. But recommendation is to include shuttle to airport option.

Hotel is average, no real perks other than closeness of Universal. We stayed for 1 night to attended a local concert. Clean and close to major theme parks.

Great hotel that is clean and has friendly staff. Restaurants on site are excellent. Hotel is situated in walking distance to Orlando International Premium Outlets and a short bus ride to universal.

The staff was kind and helpful, the hotel was well taken care of and clean.

The staff overall was wonderful. They try really hard to make your stay comfortable. They held our luggage for almost the entire day while we went to Universal. Everything was right where we left it. The hotel is older, more of a motel, but was kept clean. The pool was fantastic! I would stay here just for the wonderful pool. Now for the couple of things I was a little disappointed with. On the door the gym is listed as opening at 6 AM. I set my alarm nice and early and headed over to the gym. Unfortunately, it was locked. I went up to the front desk and was told it doesn’t open until 8 AM. I basically begged and begged and he said there was nothing he could do. I came across another staff member who was wonderful enough to open the gym for me. The gym was barely air conditioned, and all the equipment is super old. The bike was missing all the knobs needed to adjust the seat and one of the pedal cages. It had all the basic weight and a couple of treadmills. That is probably the one part I was most disappointed in. They have a really nice Indian restaurant that has Thai food as well. We were so excited to go eat there, but Unfortunately, it closes between lunch and dinner. The little café inside the hotel is quite convenient and nice. The prices aren’t bad either. Overall great stay here. Very happy and would stay here again due to the excellent pricing.
