Hotel is old I have stayed in other hotels off this chain and are amazing that’s why I booked here but this is really below the other hotels in the past really disappointing

Toilet ran all the time , shower head was real dirty , mole under sink

I stay here often. This time the shower ran for 1 minute and then stopped running. I tried turning it back on ..it made very loud banging sounds in the pipes..brown water came out and then it just completely died again. I called the front desk . she's very nice - and I know it was late but she didn't offer to move us, just said it was really nothing that they could do so late..it was about 3am. I was going to reserve a 2nd night but I got up at 6am and left so I could get back home all the way back to Texas..AND SHOWER. I have started looking at different hotels in the area to try because 1 time they gave me a room with a dirty bed ..they quickly came and fixed it but it had been slept in. I had a room with bugs in the tub before. I was up all night once because a couple was literally fighting...that only happened once but it was not good. They did not call the police and it lasted a long time. The staff is really sweet but the rooms definitely need a little attention... especially the plumbing and nasty tubs.

Pretty basic hotel. A/C wasn’t working fully, may just need simply maintenance. Overall not a bad nights sleep for the price.

Nice stay...breakfast only had waffles with no meat or eggs. Front desk clerk never greeted the customers coming or leaving. Overall, a great stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Me hiceron un cargo por una habitacion de 200 dolares por deposito se duplico en cargo y por eso fueron 200 y no me lo han regresado ya se proceso con el banco y ya eata cargado, se suponia que solo era deposito de 100 y que se regresaba pero no ha sido asi ya la transaccion se cobro como puedo hacerle para q me los regresen

We rented locally as the weather turned fiercely cold, for native Louisianians and we sold the home after Hurricane recovery and bought a big camper to live in. We were very comfortable, safe and sound. This facility is very clean, they respond quickly to your extra needs if they are equipped to do so and may go out of their way to make it happen. Quiet place. Right off the interstate so back in the interstate is a no brainer. We had a hiccup in our plans and cancelled the rest of the week with no complaints from owners at desk. Very kind management and employees. Would def do a runaway if I just needed a breather from life for a few days.

The pool is super refreshing!

The water came out yellow when I went to take a shower. I had to let it run for a few minutes before clearing up. The inside of the bathtub had some rust around the tub. I will say it was very interesting say the least.

‼️DO BOT STAY HERE ‼️ Charge you 100.00 dollar incidenty fee plus 2.00 apart from booking!! They Claim they will put it back in 3-5 Business days ,called Hotel and they changed date 5-10 business days never had a Hotel take this long for reversal!! I would not pay 177.00 for a room here !! They room was ok AC unit was filthy was spewing out black stuff from it bed was ok . Need less to say still waiting on my reversal!!

Smell moldy and ac sucks. Also breakfast menu is mid. Not bad for the price I guess.
