Excellent location in front of Zion, it was a great view! Also, mule deer and hummingbirds came to the backyard. We enjoyed the stay and want to come back next time.

ザイオン国立公園のゲートまで歩いてアクセス出来てとても便利です。改装したばかりのお部屋は快適で、広さも充分。リバービューの部屋の広いテラスからはザイオンの山を眺めることも出来、ゆったり過ごせます。 スタッフも気さくでとてもいい滞在になりました。 季節的にお値段はそれなりにしましたがスプリングデールの街はどこも同じような状況なので、ここを選んで本当に良かったと思います。 またザイオンに来る機会があればここをチョイスしたいと思います。

ザイオン国立公園入り口まで歩いていける。公園駐車場が満車になることが多いので助かる。プールがあるのもプラス（夏の午後はかなり暑いので)。レストランが休業中だったのは残念でしたが、徒歩圏内にレストランがあるので許容範囲内。 次にザイオンに来た時も泊まりたい宿。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliffrose for our daughter’s 30th birthday. We especially loved the location near the entrance to Zion NP - just a short drive or walk up the road - and the view from our balcony of the river. We spent time sitting by outdoor fire pits looking up at the mountains and seeing deer and a pair of geese. The staff was friendly, our room was kept clean and the restaurant had a perfect croques madam for breakfast. Highly recommend Cliffrose!

The views surrounding the property are beautiful. The king size room was average. Our tv didn’t work and when we told the staff they didn’t do anything about it. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Otherwise the room had everything you needed with a great view.

Everything was great. As I expected from a Hilton room.

The river view room we stayed in is a half basement with cars parked right outside our door above your head right in your face. So there is lots of noise of car parking, car door opening and closing which is not very quiet and pleasing. The space is very small for a two queen bed room. The ceiling is low and the decor is odd and dated. We do have direct access to the river. Plenty of hot water and soft clean towels. The restaurant at site is expensive, I.e. $98 for a steak just to give some idea.

Stunning property in an amazing location. Rooms are clean and bright. The staff are attentive and friendly. 24hr hot tub!! What more can you ask for??

Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Zion! The whole resort and surrounding mountains were magical, the rooms clean and comfy, the service friendly and so helpful. Couldn’t be more convenient to the park, can’t wait to come back!

Carlos was amazing and since it was off season we had a suit. They had a personal car that picked us up and shuttled us around the town.

The hotel had things which regular Hiltons and such now seem to lack often. Daily cleaning, nice decor. Plus the fire pits by the river, the hot tubs, the accesible rooms and easy parking were great props.

We had a great stay at the Cliffrose. We had a basic room which was small but adequate. It had a balcony with a "garden" view but we could still see the beautiful cliffs from the balcony. We loved that the hot tub was open 24/7. The pool was warm enough to swim in at night (even in January). One disappointment was that the restaurant was closed the week we were there (1/13-1/20). I booked this place in part for the on site restaurant and room service so that was a bummer. But the hotel does offer free rides to the restaurants in town. We appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Proximity to the park was awesome. There is a walking path from the hotel to the visitor center. The deer on the property were fun to watch. Staff were nice and helpful with recommendations.
