Clean, large and comfortable room.

Deben trabajar el tema de desayuno, el precio no vale solo el hospedaje. Y otra cosa la hab 220 que fue la que me toco deben tratar de que los conducto de agua del lavamano no se vean si lo van a dejar así como está todo hierro podrido.

Medium level motel style, very old, needs renovation. Old dirty carpets, old bathroom / shower. Bad smell in the elevator.

Had a great stay! Steve was very helpful and facilitated my early check

- Avoid the Commissary: - Hot Bagels is a 4 minute walk and has $2 or $3 coffee, don’t purchase anything from the hotel, the same snacks are a 3 minute walk away at CVS or 7-11 (open 24 hours) for half the price. - Mr.Wok has incredible food and is also walking distance. $3 miso soup and $5 rolls. Or there is an all you can eat Japanese restaurant but the quality isn’t great. - Avoid the laundry room. The washer gives very little water and you’ll find yourself doing multiple loads. Instead call Bergan Laundry Service - It’s cheaper and saves you time.

Beds and size of room are great, my go to when in town.

The property just looks old and abandoned.

I was in my room and people tried to open the door. It seems like the front desk booked my room to another couple who tried to get into my room. There was a confusion.

It was a brief stop but i asked for an extra pillow and was told there was no staff available to.bring the pillow to my room. That was not a good thing to hear so the rating on service is low.

I was there with my daughter and granddaughter for a couple of days and the property was very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and very helpful

Near to transportation to New York

Cleaning staff didn’t show up to clean the room even though I called the reception and let them know I need it cleaned.

I stayed overnight and did not spend much time in the hotel. But overall the room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was

We checked in

It looked like it was going to be really nice from the lobby. But after walking all out way to a room in the very back corner after taking a elevator to the second floor only to have to go down some steps, the room was pretty basic. Everything worked well but the sink had a constant drip and there was some stain on the wall. It was still a good night's sleep and close to a bus stop
