Comfort Inn & Suites at I-85

Friendly staff. Breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage too early for a Sunday morning!

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

It was convenient although it is quite the maze to get to it.

I checked in with my kids at 1:38 a.m and I checked out at 1:45a.m this place is disgusting it was blood on the floors and bedding someone left clothes

Great stay. Only suggestions are, need exhaust fan in bathroom and more convenient location for toilet paper roll. Beds and pillows are wonderful! Staff very accommodating.

Amazing hotel

I really enjoyed my stay

The pool was over run with what seemed to be employee family members. Aswell as rooms giving out to family. Weed smell in my room due to neighboring guest. Very outdated floors/tile. Price was good but def won’t be returning

The hotel could use some upgrades for sure. The bed was so high to get into that my husband threw his back out. Not the worst but not great either.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and community spaces were super clean.

This stay was not the best. We reserved 2 rooms and they smelled awful. The double beds were hard as rocks. The check in took forever and had a line of people waiting. The air in the other room barely worked and it was very hot. No other rooms were available to switch so we just had to deal with it. I was not happy with this stay at all.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

The elevator broke and rooms have pee smell

The common areas were mostly clean and in order. Our room and hallway were very run down and in disrepair. Large holes throughout the carpet, worn and tattered bedding, broken furnishings.

It’s normally nice but this time I smelled marijuana really bad on the floor. I stayed home and I stayed on the third floor. I stay there a lot of work, so I’m usually there once a week or last week.

I arrived at 1 pm and was told check-in was 3pm. I said I understood and went to lunch with my family. We arrived back at the hotel at 2:45 because my son had a military function at 4 and we had to shower. There was not anyone in the lobby and were told we had to wait until 3pm. Between 2:45 and 3 there were three other people who came to check in. We all sat there with our luggage until 3pm and then had to get in line to check in. In all my years of traveling I have never waited in line when the rooms are available. I understand the 3 pm check in but we all just sat there along with the worker just sitting there until 3 pm until four of us now had to start the process. Please let me know if this is normal protocol and I will be sure to stay somewhere else! It was not because rooms were not ready or it was busy. The worker sat there and looked at all of us until 3 pm. Please advise!
