We left after seeing two terribly dirty rooms with horrible smells, stains everywhere. couldn’t stay even if we don’t get our money back.

everything was decently clean. rooms are a nice size & breakfast is pretty good for hotel breakfast. staff are really nice and helpful.

We came for one night as a family. The woman who checked us in was very personable and made the experience a wonderful one. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Not really a VIP hotel. Very old. Rooms dirty and noisy.

It is a very old and dated hotel. My family and I had to change our room because the first room smelled like a dirty gym sock - it stunk so badly, the second you open the door the smell hit you. The second room wasnt any better, it still stunk but not as horrendous as the first. The carpets definitely need to be completely replaced. The other issue with the room was it had ROACHES! One actually fell on top of my head as I was laying down!!!! Lastly there were blood stains on the pillow cases as well as sheets. Not sure what laundry service is used but its definitely not doing a great job. Never again will we stay at a Comfort Inn

Very quiet. Friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast Buffett was good.

Rooms and sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. Shower wall.was peeling and rusty. Door lock didnt work. Overpriced.

Our room was small & dirty. The bathtub was not cleaned. There were stains on the carpet. Comforter was dirty. I did complain & we didn’t get charged for the room at all. So we were happy about that. Customer service was very good.

It was very clean and updated. Easy to get into and easy parking.

Well located, spacious room, easy parking, but the hotel should be renovated

This place is excellent brand new / remodeled all modern conveniences. Great restaurant next door a dunking on the other side in a gas station right across the street. I felt very safe and welcome breakfast was amazing

Booked a handicap accessible room and the only thing accessible was that it had an open shower. The bed was way too high. The bathroom was difficult to maneuver. No grab bars in the bathroom. Honestly if there were other hotels available after we noticed all that we would not have stayed. The room was also pretty dirty. Definitely won’t stay here again on my next trip back to the area.

No Greeting from concierge. Just doing their job. Hotel entrance need some repair like new ashfalt , better carpet in entrance door. Breakfast and breafast room average

Looks very outdated. Staff was not very welcoming.

Staff was fantastic. Tullys next door, the mall 1 exit away. Great location
