The front desk clerk Gabriella is amazing. She made check in a breeze. Gabriella offered a smile to everyone. The amount of undocument people is overwhelming. They would sit on both sides the hallways not moving to allow other guests to pass by. They would watch the young girls in the pool and follow them around the hotel. We had one attempting to gain entry into our room several times in the early morning hours.

We came to check-in and the one person working the front desk was having difficulty checking in an International customer because their ID was not approved for check-in. We left, we to dinner, then came back. That time check-in was fine. Came to our room and did not match the pictures online. It was very run down. There was not a walk in shower with the “rainfall” shower head. And we didn’t realize until this morning that there were no blackout curtains and the one curtain that was there did not cover the whole window. So we were woken up as soon as the sun came up.

Once entering the front lobby it smelled as if someone just threw up. Disgusting. But, when we checked out this morning the smell was gone. The hotel did a good job taking care of the issue. I would recommend this hotel

My son said the pool was freezing and the morning of the tournament we had to take cold showers!!! The absolute worst thing EVER to have at a hotel!! We will not be coming back!

Everything was good but smell in room. Whole room smelled like BO. Room 226

Breakfast was not very good. Burnt eggs and hockey puck biscuits. Housekeeping started slamming room doors around 7am so if you wanted to sleep in - too bad. The room was brown - many many shades of brown. Used to really enjoy staying at this hotel years ago, but wouldn't stay there again for the price unless an emergency.

Stopped on way to Indiana and quite pleased with this property, especially given the reasonable cost. Definitely would stay again when in Piqua/Troy.

Room was comfortable and on first impressions clean but after staying in the room there were places that were clearly missed that shouldn't have. For example, the bathroom door was dirty where people touch it and the bed skirting had what looked to be human emissions if you know what I mean. However, the sheets themselves and all the other parts of the room were clean. The hotel is fine, no frills and lacks atmosphere. They end breakfast at 9am, which is too early for some people. Location is just ok but the price was reasonable and staff were fine to deal with.

Very pleasant & a comfortable overnight for a concert in the area. Just wish it had a hot tub!

Friendly staff room and hotel very clean

PROS: Staff were friendly and welcoming, right near the highway but heard no highway noise, while a little dated the property was clean, quiet and well maintained. CONS: Location is in the middle of a lot of manufacturing-limited restaurant choices

The only problem was that the water was not hot when I took a morning shower.
