Condition of hotel in some areas were great, in other areas poor quality and cheap cover up in hotel.

Smelled like marajuana inside. Floors were very dirty. One elevator working. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Pool was closed and worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel

I was charged a $100 deposit at the end of my one-night stay, which has not been returned. Now, I am facing a total charge of $215 for that night. Additionally, the pool was out of order during my stay. This experience has felt very shady, and I am disappointed with the customer service.

Don’t stay here. Staff was rude

Room was clean and nice. One elevator was broken, the other was super gross. When we got off the elevator there was a piles of trash bags, diaper boxes, pizza boxes and it smelled terrible. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The pool was out of order for maintenance.

We stayed twice on 2 separate occasions the first time was cool but the 2nd stay the staff was rude rolling their eyes because we asked for towels. Somehow we got locked out or room they was upset about that when really it was literally out of our control.. You give a deposit but you don’t get the deposit back in his words they do an authorization and it just disappears how does that work but needless to say it definitely want be a 3rd time

No hot water throughout stay, toilet wouldn't flush without manually pushing down on the mechanism inside the back of the toilet to get the water to refill. Pool was not in service without prior notice. Only one elevator in service, also trash in that elevator. Got a king bed room instead of two queens so had to switch rooms, room key wouldn't work upon our return in the evening. The list goes on from there, I will be requesting a refund, this was not the room/hotel that was advertised from any stretch of the imagination.

This hotel has bed bugs and the management is terrible! They were rude the entire time , never came to clean my room when I asked 5 times, & were upset because I asked for a new room after finding bugs in the room . Would not recommend staying here !

Elevator, lobby doors, and area outside the hotel (drive up) were a mess the whole time we were there. Rooms were clean and nice. There were people partying heavily all night on our first night of our stay. Miserable. Staff was helpful in relocating us to another room the second night and that was a much better experience. Not really the hotel's fault for inconsiderate drunk guests, but certainly made our experience sub par.

Needed a microwave. There was no microwave from what i was told in any room. Breakfast over early. Everything else for me was excellently good. Thanks.

Great and affordable!

The room has no furniture aside from the bed. Now iron or ironing table. Couldn’t fine staff when we called from the room. Will never stay there again. Trash bags in front if the elevator.
