コンフォート イン オーバーン - シアトル

ホテルに備え付けの洗濯機（コインランドリー）が無い。 この地区はランドロマット（日本で言うところのコインランドリー）が皆無な所なので、一泊ならまだしも、複数泊する必要の有る方には✖。 このホテルに限らず、アーバンに滞在される方はホテルに洗濯機が有るか否かは必ずチェックするべきです。

Great place

Hotel was fine. Not fancy but perfect for our stay. Breakfast was very good

Easy access and great price

Staff where very nice our entire stay, very helpful. The facility is well maintained, the pool is very clean. The breakfast was mids but for being free, i cant complain at all. The yogurt they had in the breakfast area was amazing. Im sad its only available in the PNW. Great experience overall. Thank you!

Check in was easy and done by a friendly night clerk. They had luggage carts and a good elevator which was important being handicapped. The room was big and the AC unit worked great, especially since the weather was a hot one, high 90's all week. Bed was comfy and clean. The shower didn't work well, only allowed a small amount of water to come out of the shower head. No problems sleeping on the bed. The problems were few and fixable. I recommend it especially since the price was right and it's close to the freeway.

We stayed for one night to go to a concert nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast and 11:00am checkout.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was great having breakfast included!

My car was broken in to

One of the rooms smelled terrible like marijuana. They did change our room but then on different floors. The comfort Inn Pacific Auburn was much nicer hotel

The man who checked us in on Sunday around 12:30 was the best ever! So thankful for his help

The hotel was good, my only downside was the man working the front desk. He was rude. Check in took a long time even though everything was already paid for in advance. I asked him if they might have a needle and thread since my shoe broke in the parking lot. He was very put out and short with me. He said they might so I told him I would come back down in a few minutes to give him time. When I went back down he was on the phone, he looked right at me then turned around and left. He never came back to the front desk and I stood there for several minutes waiting. I went to the pool to keep an eye on my kids and I could see the front desk and he hadn't returned in a half hour or more. I gave up...

The bed and food options were fine. Very disappointed in the hotel overall. Reservations were messed up. Sent to a room alteady occupied. No hot water, phone didn't work, roomed had a horrible odor. Happy to check out early.
