There was nothing we didn’t like the property and building just showed its age.
The staff was very pleasant and they had a shuttle to and from the ballpark. The driver Andy was excellent.
We would stay again.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff, Joe was great. The room/bed needs an upgrade. Convenient location to the river and sporting events made it even better. Plus, free shuttle from 4-12a was a bonus (drop-off and pick up service). Would stay again!!

The elevator was out so you had to take the stairs, the sink in my room was clogged and water ran out slowly, the cleanliness was minimal, it just was a good experience.

We were supposed to be able to check in at 2pm and our room would not be ready for another 15-20 min. My husband not a patient man. Stairway to our room smelled and was dirty. We were only there for a Tiger's game for one night so it suited us for what we needed it for.

Property is located near downtown - area has a descent number of transient folks. The hotel was clean, but is in need of updating. The carpets and drapes reeked of smoke and for a non-smoking establishment this is unacceptable.

The elevator to the floors was not working the time when we arrived. We requested a room on the first floor but the hotel clerk at the time Steve was not so accommodating.
However, we was offered by one of the workers LaToyia a room on the first floor with accommodating amenities and we accepted.

Die Unterkunft hat uns im großen und Ganzen gut gefallen. Frühstück war gut. Lage nahezu perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Haltestelle, um in die Stadt zu kommen. Nach 10 Minuten ist man in Downtown mit dem Bus.

Sketchy facility. Good news first. Bed comfortable w/nice pillows. Ice water in lobby, typical to go breakfast items. Elevator broken, ice machine on 3rd floor broken, heat pumping in stairwells in mid summer, w/trash on the stairs, carpets dirty, linen stained, bathroom shelves covered in dust, not sound proof w/moaning/ seeping thru doors.

The staff was very pleasant and they had a shuttle to and from the ballpark. The driver Andy was excellent.

Really awesome front desk staff. Clean rooms and conveniently located Downtown. Pretty decent free breakfast options including make your own waffle station. Only negative was the elevator was out and our room was 3rd floor.

The property stated it was a smoke free environment (which is the main reason i booked) yet the halls and curtains reeked of smoke smell. The elevator was broken which is fine but the heat was on full blast in one stairwell and smelled of cat urine. The breakfast was nice but they ran out of coffee. Staff was friendly.

On the main drag not far from downtown but few restaurant choices nearby. Obviously close to a lower class neighborhood but relatively safe. Parking area was well-lit and safe. Reasonable price compared to other downtown hotels
