Comfy beds!

The room was clean, but the shower was not. The grout had broken away in spots and instead of regrouting they used caulking. At first I thought it was stained, but I tried to remove some of it and it came off. Apparently, it just hadn’t been cleaned very well. The toilet seat was also cracked, and it would pinch your rear end if you sat on it the wrong way. We would have made the desk aware of these issues upon checkout, but the poor clerk was also having to work the breakfast bar due to a staff shortage.

I think that if there is anything I would criticize is the breakfast. I tried the sausage and I truly could not tell what it was made of. Processed turkey gives me a real stomach ache and when I was not able to confirm that is was pork and not sausage, I was not able to eat it. I am pre diabetic and getting enough protein vs carbs was difficult.

From the moment we walked in this was a great choice. The guy in the front was extremely helpful. He helped up find a great place to eat. The room was clean, the air actually worked lol. I left extremely glad that I made the choice for this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice, especially Sarah.

Bed was comfortable Staff nice but hotel seemed a bit out dated. Free breakfast was terrible, no decaf coffee and potatoes were not cooked. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff and property are amazing. If you are looking for a nice hotel that is just outside Lexington this gem is it.

During a recent road trip with my brother, I developed an intense migraine and needed an unscheduled day and night of peaceful respite to recover and continue the trip. This hotel in Nicholasville was perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating. This was exactly what I needed. The next day we even added Nicholasville to our list of explorations along our road trip and liked it so much, we plan to visit again!

First impression going to the elevator. Hallway needed vacuuming. Mattresses are disgustingly stained. Both sink and tub drains did not drain properly. Hole in the inside of tub. Elevator tiles broken in elevator. Did not eat breakfast because of overall impression. Needs a lot of work.

Property did not seem kept up very well. Mold in shower, tile cracked in elevator. Desk person was kind and came to help us with our tv.

Nice place. Pros: beds were comfortable, bedside lights were great, breakfast was good but lacked variety over the course of our stay, staff was very friendly and in general the place was clean. Cons: chairs in the room were awful making it uncomfortable to hang out in there; in one room there was a creepy looking mold growing behind the toilet. While there was an ice machine, there were no vending machines with empty spaces where they should have been. As for ecofriendly aspects, there was NO evidence of anything ecofriendly. We were not unhappy with our stay, but there were several things that were lacking.

Dear Sirs, Comfort Inn is a first choice for me. Let me say, the mattress where I slept needs to be replaced. I would suggest our rotate and turn the mattresses.

Sink clogged from previous persons tobacco

Clean, very comfortable, lovely. Breakfast was nothing special, but okay.

The room smelled like cigarettes, asked the front desk and they informed us that they was booked and didn't have another room to move us to. Then the tv had 4 lights on the screen that was very annoying to watch anything. The shower had mold in the edges. Under the counter in the bathroom had dirty wash clothes, from previous guest, dishes that had dust bunnies covering them. Around the AC unit, was wet from moisture from the unit covering up mold. The hall way didn't look like the had vacumn for weeks. The stairway was nasty, dirty, dead bugs, cob webs, the emergency lights was taking down just the wiring was hanging on the wall. The beds did not have a mattress cover, sheets had red spots, blanket was not clean had dirty and spots. The breakfast sucked, cold coffee, and lets not forget you had to push the door for the stairway up then out to open, very on safe. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, RIN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

I had a sudden change in my travel plans and Comfort Inn was very helpful and accomodated my situation and I appreciate it.
