朝食のホットミール類のスクランブルエッグ、ハム、ソーセージなどが冷たかった。

Everything was fine. the problem was the day i made the reservation, i made double reservation by mistake and they didn't refund my money..

The entire property was in disrepair, shabby and dirty. Check in was easy and breakfast was pretty good.

We arrived after 11 at night, Staff at check in was lovely but the room was not appealing. There were stains on the comforter and pillows. Curtains were full of dust and stains, I wouldn’t allow my husband to open them. Ceiling was also stained, that’s all I could think about all night. If it wasn’t already middle of the night when we got there, I would have found another hotel.

Check in/ check out staff very professional, kind. Small in-room refrigerator had no freezer:(

Experience was good overall. The bed could have been more comfortable. I selected a suite when I reserved the room and it was not a suite when we arrived.

Well, pool was not working , room are out dated , all are there but doesn’t feel like it,

In an area where there are 3 more hotels. Parking was hard to find.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn in Lincoln. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. I originally reserved for 5 nights and we only stayed 4. Left early as I was urgently needed back home in Georgia.

DJ was very welcoming at check-in, which set a positive tone for our stay. The location was ideal for our needs, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy at a reasonable rate. Although the pool was out of service, we had a full schedule and didn’t find it to be an issue. One suggestion for improvement would be to rotate the cereal options at breakfast to provide more variety for guests. Additionally, repainting the parking lot lines would enhance overall convenience. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. We will stay here again when in town.

Great place for an overnight stay while traveling. Room was spacious and clean but a bit outdated. It suited our needs and enjoyed the additional space and sitting area

The bed sheets, pillows, and comforters had stains. Asked them to changed them and they did...but the new bedding STILL had brown stains and drooling stains. Disgusting!
