I stayed during a trip from Japan. Due to the weak yen, the prices could have been quite high, but fortunately, I was able to book early, so I got a good rate. The hotel provided breakfast and coffee, so I had no complaints. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the free Wi-Fi speed wasn’t very fast. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel with no issues.

Breakfast was okay but the area is so small be prepared to wait, and take your food back to your room. There was no elevator, so not disabled friendly, & don’t take lots of luggage. Parking was confusing, be careful so you don’t get towed. Staff was extremely unhelpful, extremely rude, extremely off putting, and seemed like he did not want to be there. The cost was not worth the quality at all, probably could have stayed somewhere else for same price but the pics online looked nice. Don’t be fooled. Tub was black, carpet was moist, air smelled musty. The bedding was clean, & the towels were clean. The pool fits all of 10 people but that might even pushing it.

Place was very clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the free breakfast and parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The guys working the front desk was always so helpful n friendly also the housekeeping girls were very nice too.

We drove down for a family wedding. We arrived at 1:30 pm since we weren't sure about traffic during Labor Day weekend. The receptionist didn't want to check us in until exactly at 2 pm. This was my first time encountering this, that it has to be precisely at 2 pm before they can help the customer. I didn't mind a worker had to train a new employee that day. The room was basic. The room was clean. The hallway smelled clean, like cleaning agent smell. The room had a microwave and a fridge. A/C was working and we were glad for it since it was a hot weekend. We didn't stay in the room too long since we had to attend the wedding at 3 pm. We came back late and showered. It was hard to get the shower to a perfect temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. By the time we were in bed, we can hear people in the hallway. We heard a dog, a kid crying, people talking. I had the bed near the A/C. When the AC kicked in, it was cold. We it didn't, the room was cold. I couldn't get the machine to a perfect temperature until I left it on low fan. The breakfast was on the 1st floor, in a room. The room was small and tight. Food was just ok. Only the waffle was the only good thing I liked about it.

Back parking lot smelled of feces. Lobby smelled like bug spray or a heavy smelling cleaner that I couldn't take Breakfast- eggs horrible and water was not available

Felt gross! Smelled way too much like bleach. Staff was not very accommodating.

I liked that they had recycling bins in the rooms and breakfast room - although it was offset by having single use utensils and cups wrapped in plastic. Our room was right next to the ice machine so we did hear ice dropping down on a regular basis.

Clean, spacious, good breakfast. Pretty noise, wifi kept disconnected.

Inside our room floor was a little damp. There is no fan inside the bathroom.

Danny from the front desk was very helpful, overall the experience was great, it would improve by having an elevator for the upper levels.

I stayed for 4 days but didnt got any room service. Alaso the hotel was stinky and can smell chemicals all around every where... staff was unfreindely and dont see whether i was in a meetings on reception and kept intrupting me just to sweep.the floor

The staff was nice, but everything else really wasn’t. As soon as you step out of the car you can smell the nearby dumpsters. Our bedsheets had stains on them, the water would switch between hot and cold on its own. Our first morning, we came downstairs for breakfast and instead of making waffles, they were fixing their septic tank and with no warning the day before that breakfast would be canceled. You could smell the septic tank all the way on the 3rd floor. And our last day before going home, it wasn’t checkout time yet but our card keys locked us out. Won’t return

It was a nice place to stay, the blow dryer didn't work in my room and I called the front office and it was resolved right away, thanks again.
