フロントの方が丁寧で、部屋のフロアー変更にも気軽に対応してくれた。 朝食に納豆があってビックリした。

便利なアクセス。静かな環境。 いつも使います。

部屋はバリアフリールームでバスタブが無かったので部屋の変更を依頼したがあいにく満室で変更できなかった。シャワールームの天井の電器が壊れていて修理してもらった。

空調がそれほどやかましく無いのは好感が持てる。 食堂は無い。しかも回りにはファミレスもどきしかない。

目的の決まっているビジネス用途なら十分です。いろいろなアクセスを考えるとレンタカーはあった方がいいでしょう

ホテル自体は快適でよいのですが、WiFiの繋がりが悪くネットが止まってしまう事が残念です。

wifiを使ったが非常に遅くてネットを視る事が満足に出来なかった。又エアコンの設定温度も２４℃以上に出来なく室温調整が出来なかった。

I got there and room was not what it said it was online, had no pull out couch or nothing to sit on besides the bed. The tv didn’t work at all. I asked for a remote and pretty much was just thrown a remote with batteries and the worker said don’t even know if it’s going to work, which it didn’t. So, then I asked to be switched to a different room, which they did but still had no pull out couch or any other furniture to sit on besides the bed. And the window wouldn’t even shut! So my daughter ended up sleeping with me and we had to eat on the bed. So disappointed especially staying there because my daughter was graduating from college. I asked to be reimbursed for at the first night and all the hassles I went through but they said they wouldn’t do that. And I still think I should be reimbursed for at least one night. Would not recommend this hotel!!

Rooms were dirty. Stains & trash on carpet. Horrible paint job. Very old & dingy. Tried to change hotels. Manger would not give a refund. Called Expedia who advised they were unable to give me a refund or move to another hotel.

Had to change rooms 3 times at chrck in due to rooms not being cleaned: dried urine in the toilet, bedside table and desk not wiped apparent by drink stains, pool was not cleaned at all during the three days we stayed. Also the wifi was down and this was not shared during check in, only when i called to retrieve the info per the booklet in the room, and was told by front desk that "yeah we dont know whats up with it. Its been down for a week or so."

Used sheets on the pull out sofa, urine on the toilet, carpet was so filthy and stained and smelled awful! Would not give us a refund! Broken tiles in the bathroom, walls had food stuck on them just horrible!

the bathroom floor was wet all night because the walk-in shower dripped kept us awake all night. The bathroom was not stocked with supplies so no TP. The bed sheets had little black dots on them had to shake them off before going to sleep? Not sure what that was.

They changed our run 3x each room was as dirty if not dirtier then the previous room

It was nice and close to my trip needs.

Absolutely filthy. Elevator broken, rooms and common areas dirty, pool had clumps, yes.. clumps, of hair on the bottom and visual dirt. Bathroom itself and the towels were SATURATED in stale cigarette smoke. "Free water" dispenser in lobby looked like a petri dish. There's an equally nasty Baymont Inn, that I've stayed at, that shares the lot.This place was exactly the same, just cost more. Have lots of pics of the grossness but what a shocker,it won't let me actually upload them here. I will never stay here again and have shown friends the pics as they're making sure to pass the word along as well. I have not 1 good thing to say about this dirt hole.

Zero Stars! Would not recommend. No one tends the front desk, had to call to get someone to come from the back office. The elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Entire property smelled of cigarettes and marijuana although there are no smoking signs hanging everywhere. The hotel seems as if it is being used as an apartment building. It is apparent that the guests are actually tenants. No Wifi! Pool area is run down with a door that barely closes, not safe when so many kids are on the property. Free breakfast is more like getting in the lunch line at school because of all of the people that clearly live at the hotel. Hotel is run down and in poor shape. Not clean. Broken tiles, dirty toilets, stained linens. Loud guests that the front desk attendant does nothing about. They literally jumped and made noise until midnight. The light fixtures in the ceiling were rattling. Worst stay ever. Do not choose this hotel!

Staff is amazing and property kept up to standards!!!
