The Comfort Inn was awesome, clean, and everyone was friendly, considering I stayed in a Hilton in Clarksville, TN, and it wasn't very good. Comfort Inn beat them by a mile. Thanks for the awesome service and clean room.

We had booked two separate two queen suites. We were given a king room with a sofa bed. We told them that was not correct and they said they did not have the queen rooms available. I am not sure how that works because that is what we booked so one of our sons had to sleep in my in laws room on the sofa bed. Apparently they overbooked rooms or something, but that should not happen. When we got into the King room, it apparently had not been cleaned because there was a used bar of soap in the shower so we had to go back to the front desk and get a different room. I would not stay here again, too many screw ups from the moment we walked in.

Tae Washington the assistant manager was the best. He was doing every job and stayed calm and hospitable at all times. I wish more hotels had a Tae. It was the best stay at a hotel we have had.

The staff members were great, interactive and friendly. The morning staff, Tae and Rachel, were excellent and were super efficient with breakfast. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will be staying there again! Highly recommended!
