Comfort Suites Kilgore

2017年8月に家族4人で2泊しました。その時の感想です。 【立地】Kilgore Collegeの道を真っ直ぐ、クルマで5分ぐらいのところ。同じ敷地に100円ショップ、レストランがあり、隣の敷地にマクド、少し歩いて Walmartがある。【部屋】大きめの冷蔵庫、ソファーセットあり。スーツケースを広げるには若干狭いかなという感じだが大きな不満ではない。部屋はともかく廊下が臭い。おそらくカーペットのカビ臭さかなと。部屋は無臭。【朝食】卵、ソーセージ、パン類が揃っていて全体の種類は少ないが必要なものは全部揃っており満足度高い。朝食は6am-10am。

宿泊環境はまったく快適でした。

This place is in a great location in Kilgore. WIthin walking distance (1 mile) from the Texas Shakespeare Festival at Kilgore College, downtown, and restaurants.

The staff could not have done more for me, friendly cooperative helpful. The TV was giant--too bad it did not work. Reservations were a huge pain in the arse. An adventure in unnecessary frustration. EXPEDIA inserted themselves in the process obstructing everything. Could not enter my hotel membership card. Could not access the two discounts I had. In the end, when I signed out I was given a receipt with NO AMOUNT on it. How much did it cost me? I think I should dispute it with my credit card company. What do you think?

The staff was nice. The room had a odor and roaches. I will not return.

pool is not available while remodeling ! 1st room they put us in smelled like urine. got moved to another room and tv did not work. i pre paid for room or i would have left if i could of got a refund.

We loved the breakfast, the attendant knew her job and wanted us to be happy, it was also quiet as well as clean for the price

Check in was easy. The person who checked us in recommended a place to eat when we asked him. Room was nice.

All around it was a fairly good stay. Front desk person that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Bed was good, which is very important to me. Really odd location in Kilgore. Of course I hadn’t been there before outdated furnishings and decor. And I woke up the next morning to very loud Either animal or human noise for about 15 minutes. Enough that it scared me a little I know animals aren’t allowed there, but it was strange reported to the desk, but they hadn’t heard any complaints, but everything wasn’t working order.

I have been traveling to Kilgore for several weeks and have stayed at different hotels, including Hampton Inn, Quality Inn, and most recently, Comfort Suites Kilgore. My experience at Comfort Suites was excellent. I loved the hotel’s style and the spaciousness of the room, which made my stay very comfortable. All the staff members I interacted with—the ladies at the front desk, breakfast area, and night shift—were consistently kind, polite, and welcoming. Special mention to the lady handling breakfast: she puts great effort into her service and is extremely friendly with all guests. A small note: on two of the four mornings I had breakfast, the eggs seemed a bit watery, but I understand they are pre-prepared eggs and not restaurant-style. Overall, Comfort Suites offered great value for the price and was clearly the best experience compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Kilgore. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating for our 1 year old! We will definitely stay again when coming to visit family!
