Nothing unique about it was the energy of how I felt when I walked in.

The bed and shower were comfortable. The pool and spa were working good. Staff friendly. Only complaint was that the surrounding area was a bit rundown.

Quick checkin. Quiet place and professional staff.

It was a nice little trip. They could offer better pillows in thier rooms and the pool and hot tub had mayɓe had to much chlorìne in it thats whÿ i only stayed in thier for a short time

Check in was easy and smooth

Air didn’t work. Hot overall both nights. Wasn’t offered a fan.

This property was sketchy, parking lot, lobby and full grounds were scary at night with questionable people present at all hours. Check in was also bizarre, requiring $100 cash deposit at check in which was returned after someone came ad inspected the room in the morning. That was a first for us. The furniture, carpet and bedding in the room were all very old and worn, in desperate need of a refresh. Overall, felt a lot like we booked an hourly motel based on the service and the questionable atmosphere. On the plus side, my car didn’t get broken into, which was a real surprise to all of us in the morning, lol. We chose this hotel bc it had good reviews, and tbh I’m completely unsure how that was possible.

The hotel lobby was clean and the staff were very friendly. However, the room was very dirty. The bathroom sink and tub were gross. The shower curtain had mold and mildew stains. The toilet had hair all around.

Homeless people near parking lot

Not a safe place to stay, homeless people roaming the parking lot all evening into the night, someone approached my car asking for money which is fine, but after i said i didn’t have cash he just kept standing there and just made me very uneasy since i had to little ones in the car with me. Only certain front parking had cameras facing them. The room was not clean it smelled clean but after looking around there was a open soda can in the fridge, the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed, stains on the walls in multiple spots and dirty washcloth’s in the shower.

Sheriff was there so I guess we were safe, but the parking lot access on the back of the building was sketchy and as a woman who travels alone, I would not recommend this location.

Pool/hot tub was pretty small. Had a ton of kids in there screaming and throwing things. I don't mind the kids, but when the parents are sitting there doing nothing when they're jumping over us and throwing balls at our heads I have a problem. There were also no pool tools, and it was kind of dirty in the pool area (grainy bottom, band aids, cloudy water)

The first room they sent us to the air conditioner didn't work. The room was filthy and it stunk. They put us in the second room that had food in the corners. There was stuff in the bathroom on the floor. There was stains all over the carpet and the bench didn't look like they've been changed. Overall, the whole hotel is filthy.

A lot of premium tv channels, but worn out electrical outlets on lamp bases. Most do not work anymore

The pros: front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were SUPERB. The room was nice and cold, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. The cons: Pool area is very dingy and small (a group of 6+ people came in and that made it VERY crowded). We got down to breakfast at 8 and it was very picked over (6:30-9). There are too many tables for the small dining area and if it’s crowded, it’s very hard to navigate. The hallway on the 3rd floor was HOT and stuffy. Overall, the hotel just needs a fresh facelift in general. Beware of the area of town, it’s not a “walk down to the restaurant” site (even though there are restaurants very close); just a bit on the rough side.

They were very friendly

The hotel was in a great location and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. The food was bland but it is understandable. The front door needs fixing, you want to wait a couple of seconds before it opens. My TV did not work. I went to the front desk they said to point it towards a box on the wall and it should come on. I did that but nothing. I didn't feel like going back down to the front desk so I just didn't watch TV. I would go back to this hotel. Other than the TV, there are no complaints.

The staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Room key card reader was about to fall off, no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch and barely got one to use for it. The property did not feel safe to be at.
