When the mirror was steamed up from a shower a derogatory message about Trump was visible... told the desk so trust it was taken care of. It showed sparkling clean until the steam made it visible. Crazy people...

convenient to I70, clean and safe

Was nice. Quiet and no issues

The room was clean. Breakfast was good with many options. There was a homeless man that stayed in the lobby, but he kept to himself and I did not feel unsafe.

Good location with convenient access to many amenities. Pool and hot tub work but may need updated or repainted. Bottom looks green like algae but is not. The TV remote was challenging. It would bring up a guide but not allow you to select a channel.

Room, bed, building and staff were all excellent. Five stars all the way.

Quality of food options could be better.

I liked that the electric outlets have been updated to charge several electronic devices. My husband and i travel with three devices each. It was a relief not figthing for outlets. The desk and sofa behind is perfect if you are doibg a zoom meeting.

Very nice staff, very clean and comfortable, loved my room.

We stayed on the 1st floor next to the laundry and meeting room. So loud!!!!! People who work there would gather outside, near our room. They talked loud as early as 6:00 am on a weekend. Loud I. The hallway, above us, all early in the morning!

The room type we reserved was not available, so we were given a free upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and room were clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast quality.

The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. Loved the cookies on arrival. The only thing is that the walls are kind of thin. But excellent for the price!

I am an Honors member for another hotel chain, so I usually book with them. Last night we stayed at one of their properties. The room was smaller, the lotion dispenser was empty, and the cost was twice what we are paying for The Country Inn and Suites. And no one gave us a cookie at that hotel! Kudos to The Country Inn and Suites. We will meet again!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed at this property 3 times now, and the most recent time the weekend of 4/5-4/6/2025, I was accused of smoking in the room and attempted to be charged a smoking fee when I DO NOT smoke anything at all. During my most current stay, Columbia was cold and rainy so I had the heat on the room which produced smoke. I was told this is not of concern as it occurred during my other stays at this property. I have stayed at this property every month for a night as I have a class at Mizzou with a in person class every month. I do not appreciate being accused and potentially charged for acts I did not commit. Why would I smoke in a hotel room knowing my card is on file? In addition to this heinous accusation, the property also does not have knowledge front desk staff in any of stays. As I am a student, I look forward to being able to print documents, however I never can at this property as the printers don't have adequate ink and prints all documents with lines all through the paper and very faint ink. Upon asking front desk to assist and change ink, I have been told I do not know how to do that every time. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and book at any other property who will not accuse you and try to charge you fees for no reason to pay for their noisy renovations and children running the halls all day and night.

Was a pleasant stay.

Room was very clean, housekeeping staff is very friendly and they do a great job. This hotel is clean, laid back, quiet and homey feeling. Breakfast is decent. We will continue to book here.

I wish all hotels would stop using fabuloso clesner. There ste a lot of people allergic to this product. By tge time my stay was over i was having a hard time breathing. Othrt thrn that this place was amazing.
