Front desk night shift clerk very unfriendly. And rude. Had a attitude when I asked for more towels then I asked for a blanket and she said they didn't have any. They have lil thin blankets on the beds. Breakfast was trash. Breakfast attendant rude acting like she did not understand any English. One hard biscuit and dried crusted gravy bread cereal with only skim milk waffles and watered down apple and orange juice was they only thing available at 730 for breakfast and she would not put anything out. Morning front desk clerk looked up at us as we left and looked right back down and continued on her phone. I will never stay here again. The room was in sleep able condition but nothing more. Looks nothing like advertised. Pool area covered up looking like a crime scene never again

It was not good. Asked for towels and the lady seemed like she got mad. Found a cockroach in the bathroom, hallways was creepy the bed was hard. The blow dryer holder fell off as soon as I tried to use it. The curtains had big holes in it, the room smelt with a bad musty smell. Staff was rude, the pillows are small, you don’t get a big comforter just small sheets. I was going to eat there but from Recommendation’s from other guest they said the food was gross.

The room was nasty and smelt like smoke. I have asthma and it made me cough all night when I asked to switch rooms because of it they told me no and so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund me and so I was forced to stay in a hotel room for the night that I couldn’t even breathe in

I stayed at this property for two days. Upon arrival it had a weird smell throughout the whole hotel that resembled a sweaty gym or busted sewage line. I go upstairs to check my room for cleanliness and when I reach the bathroom there’s a roach on the floor. I capture footage and head straight to the front desk. I’m explaining to the concierge the room is dirty and that I would stay in a room of such condition and then she tells me she can’t issue a refund because they don’t have a bug problem and it’s past the hours for refund and I proceed to show her the video I captured and ask to speak with a manager. The manager comes to the front desk and offers to show me another room. It appeared nicer but the morning I was checking out, I go to the bathroom to shower and there’s two roaches in the bathroom and I capture footage of that as well. For a hotel to claim they don’t have a bug problem I find it ironic I keep seeing bugs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; the staff wasn’t all that friendly and the ambiance was at an all time low. This hotel is in need of serious upgrades, a new cleaning crew, and likely an exterminator. Also, I had a moment where my key card deactivated and when I go to the front desk they tell me someone else’s I.d. Is attached to my reservation which is an extreme safety hazard on the hotels behalf!

I stay here when i have hospital appointments, always clean, comfortable and convenient.

It was nasty bugs

I stay at this hotel typically once a month due to its location and its price. The two areas that are always an issue are the pillows - there are only 3 small and very hard pillows - and the temperature of the water in the shower - it's usually very hot and very difficult to moderate.

When you arrive, the property has $50 deposit on top of what is paid on website and a 6.99 (plus tax) service that is deducted from your deposit no matter what. Just make sure to budget that into your cost. Ceilings in hallways are missing tiles and drooping but Room was clean and was in decent repair. Only 3 pillows on the king bed so that was odd.

Definitely will not stay here again. Old, run down, although it was clean. No smoking didn’t stop somebody on our floor from smoking pot. Once the elevator opened, the smell was overpowering & still that way, if not worse, this morning. One guest on the same floor told me he’d complained to the desk a couple of days earlier. So, you’d think the cleaning people could smell it & report it.

I will definitely stay here again, soon. The place was pretty quiet, the staff -- Front Desk women and the cleaning staff are AWESOME!! Very nice and very helpful. They definitely added to the experience!

The lady at the front desk and staff are amazing

Staff is saying any additional guest after 9 have to be charged $15 to come in. I booked for 2 guest and the site says 18 and under are free. I have 3 kids and two are under 18. When I checked in I was by myself. I asked where did this say it in the policy and she could not provide me with it. She said it’s on the website but I looked and did not see it. I asked her if she could show me where it states that but she did not find it. I also advised her that I booked through Expedia and not the direct website and it did not say that either. She said they are having a problem in the area and that’s why. But I did not sign any paperwork stating so. It’s very frustrating because I told her they were not staying here just visiting and she kept saying I have to pay. There were several people walking in and out and she did not question them. She said she remembered everyone that checked in. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
