I seen several critters in my room initially, stained bed sheets, notified staff, and they entered the room with out permission. This is all after I was forced to book another hotel room even though I had a fully paid booking due to an emergency causing me to be a “no show” rather than a late show. The hotel wouldn’t budge on their “no show policy”. Then to be greeted with janky room conditions.

There was blood stains on my sheets and the AC wasn’t working in our room. When it was time to check in the line was long because there was only one person working the front desk to check ppl in while others employees where just walking around

My room was a bit noisy compared with where I live. The biggest problem is the Valet parking. $50 is steep. And they are in the way of checking in. If you know downtown Atlanta, parking can be free. Just make changes on the outside. The inside is just fine except that the elevators are a long way from check-in.

The Courtland Grand Hotel is comfortable and seemed pretty clean. There were most amenities that you'd expect from a nice hotel offered. However, there are parts of the hotel that definitely seemed dated. During my stay, the Wi-Fi was down and there was no ETA when it would be fixed. I had to use my own data and instead of working in my hotel room, I was forced to work remotely in a coffee shop outside of the hotel. When I tried to call to get an update on the Wi-Fi outage, it was nearly impossible to get anyone live. As far as amenities, one item that most hotels offer that was lacking was body lotion. I did not pack this, expecting the hotel to offer this. These may seem miniscule, but this is not what I would expect of a 4-star hotel. If I could choose a hotel in Atlanta, I would definitely choose to stay closer to Centennial Olympic Park. The hotel is not too far from the park, but it's not the most convenient location to major tourist destinations either.

Settled for this hotel for a first time concert road trip, about 30mins walking distance from mercedes benz stadium. Only offers valet parking, parking garage across the street is infested with homeless feces for a fee anyway. Wouldn’t stay again

Liked this places location, found parking for $15 within a two minute walk, also a brisk walk from the Mercedes Benz stadium!

The convention caught us off guard but the experience wasnok

Our stay was loud and noisy they had a convention/graduation going on the weekend of 5-1/5-4 valet parking was horrible for $50 a night you would’ve expected better service, they charge you extra to check out early there are no microwaves in the rooms customer service wasn’t available when needed nor the operator would answer any calls. It will be nice not to be charge for check in/checkout early services.

Very bad experience today.arrived with my car . It took 15 minutes to send someone to park my car ( they charge $ 50 per day for parking!). I have few suitcases. No one help us ! They gave me the wrong room ! So i had to walk with all my luggage sevaral time from the reception to the room , because there was no cart available. When i foud tbat the room is the wrong toom, i had to go back to the reception. Asked to change it. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful and gave us another room. However, again , we had to moove every thing on our own. No cart was available. And no one helped. This was very disappointing and left a bitter taste.

Walls in room were dirty and peeling. One headboard had a spattering of some white substance. Our room was overlooking indoor pool and the area was very noisy Dino multiple conferences going on. No disclosures of Valet as only parking options for $50 a day.

I always stay here when I visit ATL. Great value, hotel and location

I had a very good stay. I even had the lady at checkout remind me of my 10 dollar credit.

Went for the aquarium but was so surprised by atlanta! Epic pool! Great restaurant, beds super comfortable!
