ビジネスで3連泊。設備的には全く不自由さはなく、レセプションやレストランも昼夜を問わずしっかりと対応してくれた。バスタブ付きの部屋は広々としており、キングサイズのベッドでもゆったり眠ることができた。館内はロビーでも部屋でもWiFiが快適に使用可能。唯一の難点としては、郊外に位置しているためホテル周辺にはコンビニや飲食できる店が全くないことか。ただ簡易的な館内ショップには飲み物各種、冷凍ピザやカップラーメン、スイーツ、歯ブラシ、髭剃りなどが販売されていた。朝食付きプランにしたが、クーポンに予め指定された2種類のメニューだけでなく、他のホットメニューも選べるなど複数泊の際には有難たかった。バッファロー空港からタクシーで約15分、料金は25～30ドルほど。バッファローのダウンタウンへはタクシーで約20分、料金は30～35ドル。

Disappointing Stay – Poor Customer Service I booked this hotel mainly because it advertised a pool, but when I checked in, I was told it was closed. There was no prior notice, yet I was still charged the full rate. I asked the manager for some kind of compensation, but both he and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. There was no empathy, no solution offered, and no respect for the customer. It's shocking that a hotel under the Marriott name has such unprofessional staff and no backup plan for situations like this. Terrible customer service – I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Staff was totally welcoming and accommodating. The room and bed were comfortable. Everyone we encountered went beyond our expectations. We will definitely book a Courtyard on our next trip.

I chose this hotel based upon it having a hot tub as described, and it was sealed off. The pool was extremely small, so I never used it. In addition, I thought a microwave and couch were supposed to be in my room, and they were missing. The coffee machine in the room was not clean, and I did not use it either. It was a comfortable stay, but I was slightly disappointed.

It was ok. The vent I. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. There was no trash can liner in the bathroom. The shower head wasn’t attached to the shower or wall. Hard water stains were in the bathroom. The white towels had traces of red on it. Other than that, it was good!

We were received very nice. We were placed on the 4th floor due to a party they had coming in for the night. Very courtious. Then the next night they put a loud family next to us sith talking adults in the hallway and kids running up and down yelling to each other. Then the door to the room, across the hall was opened and closed 7 times simultaneously in the next 5 minutes. I spke to the desk lady the next morning and she would make a note, since we were staying for 5 nights. That very next night the was loud adults across the room. Hard to sleep. I do not understand when I know the 4th floor is not full of guests that people couldn't be placed at the other end of the hall. I stay at your motel twice a year March and July both for 5 days.

Scheduled my stay for this hotel bc it was close to Niagara Falls and because of the pool and spa both were down for maintenance. No one informed me at check in. Then I was told I wouldn’t be able to talk to a manager til tuseday which was after I was leaving. Someone kept charging things to my room number so my bill was increased

Nothing unique. Driveway and parking areas in good shape, no potholes.

All amenities out of order. No breakfast or coffee, Staff not friendly.

Would not choose to stay again. The room was uncomfortable and not the cleanest. My son had really terrible allergies from the moment we entered the room

Well decorated, clean, comfortable room. Very cordial front desk staff. Nice choice of food and bar items in lobby.

I booked the hotel because it advertised a pool and hot tub. Upon arriving, I was told both had been closed for weeks. The staff offered little assistance.

There was no heat on the room when u walk into it it’s like ur sitting outside cold then it didn’t heat up all night

Very disappointed that the hot tub was not in use..they closed it up with cement..should have let us know this before we booked..the hot tub is the whole reason we chose this hotel!

Fantastic top to bottom. Highly recommended! We stayed at 2 courtyards this week (Buffalo and Cambridge). Could not have been different experiences. Buffalo was sensational and Cambridge was terrible.

Friendly staff and very clean and quiet

The place was sharp and delightful. Definitely a sweet spot.
