Wide room, comfortable bed. Supermarket and Dollar shop in a mile. Thai retaurant, BurgerKing, ZOUP are in 100m. Bad point is a shower nozzle, it' s fixed on a wall and not flexible. Breakfast is served 7days a week. Fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, bacon, sausages, waffles, jiuce, tea coffee... Guest's laundry is useful for long stay. In total GOOD Hotel. Friendly hotel staffs with smile.

Didn’t get the breakfast ticket I paid for until the day I check out and was there two days. Customer service lacked heavily and room was still dirty when I arrived especially bathroom I asked for maintenance/housekeeping no one ever came.

Everything was great for a quick stay

Our door did not shut properly. You had to finagle the handle from the inside for it to shut all the way which made leaving difficult. We could not use our toilet. We were only there one night and did not realize it did not work until late at night which was also inconvient.

Charged me twice for the room

The place was disgusting. Cleaning wasn’t even half hazard. There was a hole in our floor in room 308. The window is leaking into the room and rotting out the floor. I would never ever stay there again.

Staff are very polite. Property is nice and rooms are cleaned as they should be. Although, when making the reservation the listing says the rooms are sound proof, false. You hear every sound in the two rooms on each side of you and you hear everything in the hallway. Rooms could be sound proof a little better.

Let me preface by saying the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. The room felt off, furniture was pushed in weird spots, the bed was crooked and there was an interesting smell. The room had no soap as well. The pool had no towels even though there was no one in it for over an hour, no one came by to check or replenish. I had to ask the staff for them. The "breakfast" is also misleading on the website. It is not complimentary and your better off going out for breakfast because of cost.

Tub was scaling apart, fridge was a freezer, fridge door was broke off and missing. Popcorn in the elevator for over 24hrs. Our wasn’t cleaned either night we stayed. Had to ask multiple times for towels.

I had a couple ladybugs flying around my room and on my tv at night. Also I saw another insect black with legs the size of of a dime

I have no complaints. All we did was sleep and shower there but was out during the day for Woodward Dream Cruise.
