very nice hotel, room was in excellent condition. it would be nice if the bar stayed open past 10 on a saturday night still had a lot of people hanging in the lounge after closing. My one complaint was being charged for parking, that is not normal at a hotel in this area and was not mentioned at check in, and was kind of a hidden fee

The exterior and lobby area are very nice. The coffee shop/bar area was very convenient and upper scale for the type of hotel. The receptionists were always very helpful and nice. The room was not the greatest and the bathroom should really be inspected. There’s obvious water damage and mold everywhere, and you can tell they have tried to cover it for some time. We did hear multiple people complain about this at the desk. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that extent of water damage in a hotel room before.

Very standard property but staff was pleasant. It was nice to have a Starbucks and bar downstairs. We had some noise bleed into our room but overall, it was a good stay

Accommodations were average. Expected a little more in terms of room amenities: example a safe for valuables, at least bottles of water and accessible shower. Room could use some modernization. However main purpose of stay was met. Conference room and amenities were great

The rooms were okay. The bathroom had a strange smell. There was dust built up on the vents. Overall everything was pretty average. The person that checked me in was very friendly. The first person that I spoke to wasn’t very helpful at all.

Overall the property is nice but the bathroom really needs to be updated: the toilet sits to low and the bathtub needs to be replaced not repaired, you can patch over so much until it’s over and it’s over, just do a bathroom makeup ( floor by floor) .. fix that problem and I think this property would receive 5 stars

Bathroom lacks counter space and shower head and/or valve was ok but hard to figure out. Otherwise very nice.

The amenities advertised indicated a refrigerator in the room … the ‘minifridge’ was so small it barely held a six-pack of Diet Coke! Additionally, they charge for OUTDOOR parking - on a property lot shared by another hotel and two restaurants — ridiculous!!

Very peaceful and quite

Staff was pleasant. Room had a funny smell to it, and several things in the room were broken or falling apart. Property is nice, rooms definitely need an upgrade.

I feel as if I could have stayed at a Motel 8 and gotten a better looking room than what we received. It was old and dingy looking. The toilet seat had scratches on it and the paint was coming off. A bug crawled out of the garbage can in the bathroom, the plumbing under the sink was rusting and chipped, the shower insert was repaired, however, not done professionally, and there were holes in the walls here and there (2 in the shower!), and skid marks on the sheets! I have pictures of all of the above, if you would like to see them. I understand this was a room for the handicapped, and perhaps it is not as often as a regular room, however, there is no reason for it to be neglected.
