Great place, close to the highway & the mall. Breakfast was not included, but we used the cafe in the lobby. Great breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean.

Clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, very convenient highway access and reasonable rates.

I liked the property but wish they had a morning breakfast, Starbucks in a hotel just doesn't cut it.

this was one elegant, pretty, and spacious hotel! The lobby was beautiful and welcoming.

The hotel location could not have been better. Almost equidistant from Warwick and Patterson. Bear Mountain park less than 30 mins. Hotel was full. Staff was great. A few mechanical problems. All dealt with before we left. Outdoor fire pit not working, hot tub not bubbling, late room cleaning due to fullness (they were jamin getting it done). First room given, door locks busted. I would stay here again no question.

It was a poor reflection of Marriott the amenities that convinced my purchase were either not working at all or poorly functioning and the rooms were not up to Courtyard standard Mediocre effort I made another Courtyard reservation and I’d like to cancel shaken confidence

Third time staying at this hotel, and was extremely disappointed. Our room was changed without notice due to over booking, no towels in the room or at the pool. We booked two nights and ended up leaving and not even staying one night !

Created pleasantly and taken care of by the staff. My friend had a problem with Marriot booking but they could not help. Super room with fridge and microwave. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Convenient location. A Cilkis and diner within walking distance. Will stay when in the area.

Great location for a trip to Legoland. Convenient, clean and close to good food options.

Staff- friendly and very courteous Breakfast— very good Room- everything in the room freshly clean, comfortable bed and very neat. Very friendly atmosphere. If I was ever to visit this area again I would definitely booked this hotel and I would highly recommended to others.

Property was a little outdated but overall accommodating to our needs and still great for the price.

Last guest spilled perfume on couch in room.. smelled so bad. Figured at least get enough points for free night but got nothing.

Room wasn't clean at all. Chips were leftover in the pullout couch from the person staying there before. An empty can of energy drink and empty ziplock bag was found in the corner on the floor.

Great place. I would say a 9.5 out of 10. Breakfast was great, just a really long wait. Lots of guests…weddings. Comfortable, safe, clean, priced competitively

When we returned to our room after spending the entire day out, a man was “cleaning “ our room. What he did was take out the trash and dirty towels. We found he didn’t replenish the paper coffee cups or the glasses in the bathroom. Later in the evening while getting ready for bed, we had no washcloths. I understood that towels on the floor were to be replaced. We will not be staying here again when we return to the area.

When we checked into our room, there was feces on the toilet seat in the bathroom. There were two tissues in the tissue box and the mattress on the pull-out sofa had large multiple stains (brown on the bottom and yellow on top), meaning both sides were stained. The mattress cover the hotel supplied also had stains on it. Needless to say, I could not allow my family, including two young boys, to sleep there. We left the property and checked into another hotel located next door. We were all extremely dissatisfied and disgusted. We love the Marriott Corporation and always choose one of their properties but what we experienced in Middletown Goshen, NY was completely unacceptable. I will be asking Expedia or Marriott for a refund or a credit for this awful experience.

Checked in without any problems. Room was spacious. The bathroom was clean, the bath water however was not draining well.
