the hotel staff is welcoming and friendly; I do wish that breakfast was included, but the complimentary coffee helped!

Very nice place, only bad thing is parking is over $40.00 per night. But then again it's in Queens. I did park on the side street for free. Rooms are very nice. Great location.

Need hot breakfast

Front desk staff was great at check-in. In and Out valet service worked well. They had our car ready by the time we got downstairs - honestly less than 5 minutes. The room and bathroom were very clean! The bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat a short drive or walk from the hotel. The only con was getting stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. The elevator adjusted itself and let us go! We walked up and down the 6 flights the rest of the time - we were just too chicken to try it again. The person in guest services was very kind when I called to report it. He apologized right away and asked if we were OK. All in all a good stay. We will stay here again.

Recommend for a brief stay

Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Very nice hotel in Queens. Our family felt safe and comfortable. The hotel was clean with various sitting areas to take advantage of. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay again when visiting NY.

No parking other than valet on property. There is street parking but you have to walk. No free breakfast. Internet was horrible but I think it was the room location also. Basically it’s great if you don’t have a car, don’t need the internet and don’t want to have breakfast.

Room had a funny smell and dont bother adding the breakfast on. Its a complete rip off, they charge you 30 dollars for either a bowl of lumpy, watery oatmeal or a breakfast sandwich on a hamburger roll with a coffee. Not even a choice of a substitution if youre not a coffee drinker. They did have a nice area out back to relax in. Overpriced for what you actually get.

Over All Everything Good but Breakfast not Free its Expensive. Try to it Eat otherside this Hotel Location. Stuff Good and Valet Parking Easy only $41+ One time Pay.

Nice property and staff. Very noisy location. The room was fine with the exception of a very loud air conditioning unit that clicked loudly before turning on. Very difficult to sleep.

We had a very good last minute stay after a cancelled flight. Very crowded conditions comfortable quiet hotel with super staff.
