メトロ駅が直ぐでとても便利でした。 ベットが良く部屋が綺麗でとてもかいてきでした。

Very clean facility. Room is spacious. Front desk is super friendly. Walking distance to downtown, Chinatown, capital hills, White House.

I spent a delightful 7 days at this property. Staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated my early arrival. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Property is located in a convenient walkable space to dining options of every kind and price point and is convenient to shopping.

The choice on the menu was limited. If you stay more than a couple of days you would eat elsewhere. The acoustics are not good if children are around. Otherwise all good.

The cleaning team were extremely friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were not comfortable. Mattresses need to be replaced. Sheets were rough. Bathroom towels were rough and worn. Close to Metro. We still very much enjoyed our visit to DC.

Reliable, convenient, and comfortable.

Great spot to walk to Capitol One Area and good restaurants. Pretty safe and busy area. Beds were comfy, but personally my husband and I would bring our own pillows next time because they were super flat for our taste. Parking prices were ridiculous (even for DC) at 62 dollars a day. We parked in a covered garage 0.2 blocks away (checking in and dropping our bags off first in their 15 minute zone). It was 66 dollars for 4 days on way.com. No in and out privileges or you’d have to pay again, but we walked everywhere we needed to.

It was right downtown and had good services.

Overall it was really good & very accessible.The only thing is we are expecting the rooftop that is open but when we're there it was close.

Excellent room and property. Room was spotless and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Staff were professional and welcoming. Nice fitness center. Two drawbacks: parking is a hassle with only a valet option and the restaurant on site was absurdly overpriced.

good afternoon, to whom it may concern. It’s very ironic that I reached out to your organization. No one returned the call. No one emailed me back. I didn’t wanna go on social media. I miss checking in to my reservations. I know I’m not able to get a refund. But I at least wanted to talk to somebody about accommodations or credit. I had a real slight emergency. Coming from Jersey to DC DC Amtrak was able to give me a credit. I paid a little penalty, but at least they were able to turn it around quickly and to no avail. And so I think it’s not acceptable to ask for a review. Lack of communication, a one don’t reach out to your customers or one and last, but not least no compassion or empathy. For people who make reservations. So sorry I would not utilize your stay. And I will share this online immediately.

Super convenient by the Convention Center. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and generously sized.
