細やかに案内してくださり、スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。設備としてコンセントが多かったことはよかったです。ただ、部屋の電気が少ないことと手鏡がなかったことが残念でした。また、エリアとしては２つの地下鉄がありますがどちらも遠く、観光後にホテルに戻るのが一苦労に感じました。

ツインの部屋に泊まったが、日本人にとってクイーンサイスのベッドは必要なかった。そのかわりにくつろぎ用のソファーが１脚色かなく、 ちょっとおおき

売店でマフィンやオートミールカップ、チョコレートなどが豊富にあった。コーヒー紅茶は飲み放題でありがたかった。

The hotel has a great location for the UES. It was really convenient as my daughter lives close. It was clean and had everything I needed. However, there is an unnecessary decorative light on the clothes closet that lights up the entire room with no way to turn it off. It really upset my sleep and is a big negative.

Everything was fine the metro is a 6 minutes walk AND lead you ,to Center Manhattan in 10 minutes.

Great Stay in a Prime Location I recently stayed at this Marriott property and was very pleased with the experience. While the price is on the higher side, it’s expected for the area and well worth it for the convenience and quality. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I chose this hotel for its trusted reputation and ideal location for my trip. The amenities were excellent—valet parking was efficient, there was a designated Uber pickup spot, and luggage storage was available. I especially appreciated the complimentary high-quality coffee in the lobby and the standout water station offering still, sparkling, and flavored options—something most hotels don’t provide. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning unit, but everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is under renovations. Our room was very old and in poor conditions. The AC didn’t work and they had to bring us a fan which did not resolve the issue. The images on Expedia are not a true representation of the actual hotel.

First bad experience at a Marriott. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning on a 100 degree day/night. After a long day in the city, we couldn’t sleep well due to the heat. And also there was no hot water for shower in one of our rooms. The property and staff were good overall but these issues did dampen the overall experience.

Close to the ferry , good neighborhood

Do NOT recommend. Stay away!!

It was good. However, a few days one elevator was out and caused over a 20 linute wait time to get upstairs to the room. The same elevator had issues in April when i stayed there. Hallways, building and room were cleaned. However, alot of dog poop outside. Some piles were stepped one and smeared on the side walk and front of building. That's the one area that probably needs daily cleaning. This trip was mych longer for 11 days.

The air conditioning was not strong enough to handle the summer heat

No air during our stay. This was on a 97 degree day. I was offered fans for the room, and never got them. I felt honesty would have gone a long way here....
