Room was very clean and staff was friendly and check in and out was fast! House keeping kept everything we needed stocked in our room during our stay!

Well the reviews i read sounded great so i book this hotel. When we arrived we checked in at a office, not a front desk. They then told us that the breakfast and the pool are in this building and our hotel was down the street around the corner and on the other side of the river. Literally. Disappointed, because it meant we had to drive to get the free breakfast and use the pool. The room was clean but older. And they left us a note stating that they had to observe the room every 24 hours, for our safety and to check on the condition of the room. We were there for 4 days and we really prefer that house keeping isn't coming in the room everyday. All in all we survived, we enjoyed the room being along the river, because we could open the balcony door and let the breeze in our sit out on the deck. But some disappointment over the distance to get to some of the amenities.

The stay was amazing as always! Stayed here many years and they have NEVER disappointed!!

Everything was great except the bed was a little too hard. It made sleeping difficult. Other then that i enjoyed seeing the ducks and geese every morning off the balcony. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay! The rooms were clean and housekeeping came by every day to leave fresh towels and take out the trash. Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and pancakes were delicious! An added bonus were the ducks and geese that were on the river stream behind the hotel.

We love to stay at this hotel! Every room is “Creekside” and very clean! Their breakfast really goes the “second mile”’

Liked the view and individual balcony and the king beds in the deluxe room. It was very clean. Friendly efficient staff greeted us. It was a little challenging to get to our unit, staff gave clear directions. Liked the small refrigerator as it had freezer. The room was a little dark as it had no overhead lighting. Great breakfast-just need to drive to it when staying in deluxe king rooms. Weather was not conducive for the pool or intertubing.

Very good hotel. Priced reasonably for all they offer.

Perfect and comfortable hotel for our weekend trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Walking distance to dining and attractions. Not fancy but clean, safe and quiet at night. Good parking conveniently located under the hotel. The hotel backs up to a river, you can feed the ducks. My family will be booking the waterpark hotel our next trip, which is owned by the parent company of Creekstone Inn.
