The staff was exemplary on their customer service. The room was modern and clean. We had trouble with the bathtub not draining. The staff was informed and said it would be addressed.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights over labor day weekend. On saturday night at one a m we were woken up with a sound of loud banging on doors next to us. It was the cops trying to speak to someone at the hotel. There was consistent banging for at least twenty minutes and then the cops were loud speaking to multiple people at the hotel. We were kept awake to least two thirty in the morning. Also because of the loud banging dogs were barking constantly at the hotel. Due to the hotel not being staffed past 5 PM. There was no way to get in contact with anyone. Both nights we say the noise was unbearable. I do realize it was a holiday weekend but having people screaming and hollering and banging at all hours at late night hours does not work by any means.

Overall the stay was great.

The room had limited hanging space for clothes and there was not a luggage rack in the room when we arrived. And although the floors were nice, a small rug would have been an improvement.

The only thing bad was I have an oversize Van that is high and the parking was limited. They did not seem to have a solution. If the parking lots are full you have no where to park.

The room size was nice enough. The bed sheets could be better cleaned and the side tables next to the bed were slightly broken. The shower was nicely re done.

The propery manager was very helpful in providing info on places to eat and things to do. Next door is a great seafood restaurant owned by dogfish brewery. Crabby Dick’s on the way out of town has good crabcakes.

The place was very clean, staff at the desk was very nice and polite ! The walk to the boardwalk was a little further than I thought but gave me good exercise everyday ! Would definitely stay again , the price was reasonable for me $$

We had a fantastic stay at the Crosswinds. The location is perfect for everything you need. Close proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach/boardwalk. The hotel was clean and we had nothing to complain about. It must be noted that the staff was top tier. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the town and events going on in town. The concierge, Patrick, was phenomenal!! Extremely pleasant and helpful. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Rehoboth!!

We had to change our travel plans twice due tovmy husband's conpany going out of business and starting a new job. This place bent over backwards to help us switch our dates and not lose any money that we paid. Location is great! Right on the main street. Walkable to everything. This is a great place.to stay if you are just looking for a place.to.sleep. No bells and whistles, but an overall good experience.

Perfect place for older children and adults that don’t mind a nice walk to beach location was great

Great location, easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable for 3 adults. Late check-in process was easy and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good experience overall. Minimal staff but they were very nice, I saw maybe one housekeeper the whole time, but they left their carts out with clean towels so I’d grab clean towels when I needed more, the hotel’s location is a good spot- right next to the Dogfish Head restaurant, across the street is Starbucks and you’re a two/three minute walk from a great cafe called Sunny Bay cafe. My only complaint is the bed was incredibly stiff, I had back and shoulder pain every morning my entire stay (stayed Friday-Sunday).
