Crowne Plaza ENGLEWOOD by IHG, an IHG Hotel

バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したつもりですが、 シャワールームだけでした。 私の勘違いかもしれませんが。 朝食ブッフェは良かったです。

建物、設備は古そうな感じだがそれなりに清潔さを保たれている。宿泊のみであれば全くストレスにならない。フロント係は親切。16:00のチェックインに対し13:00にホテルに到着。既に部屋は準備されていたためそのまま案内してくれた。朝食ビュッフェはよくあるメニュー。特に可もなく不可もなく。朝食込みのプランだったためレストランに行く前にフロントでクーポンを受け取りレストランの係員に渡すというプロセス。であればチェックインのときにクーポンもくれればいいのにと内心思った。。ロケーションは自分にとっては満足だが、車がないと食事はちょっと大変か。徒歩圏内にはあまりレストランはなかったと思う。

There is not so many place to eat something or to but something eat. Should the place to compensate it, it became better.

Great location…not far from NYC and many restaurants and shops, including a ShopRite grocery, around within a 25 minute walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. Gym was good for small workouts and indoor pool was heated to facilitate light swimming. Only one of the two elevators were working during our stay which meant being a little patient to use. We will definitely stay here again once we are visiting the area.

I only liked the parking. The bathroom was dirty. & the carpet as well,Hair in the tub on wall & very stingy with towels & wash clothes. I asked for house keeping multiple times before they finally came. Housekeeping was very rude as well. Some of them were talking about the Americans that were staying @ the hotel & It didn’t sit right with me. I will never have a stay there ever again.

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly; especially Irvin at the front desk. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and very attentive. Pool looks nice and inviting. Please note there is a certain charm and character in this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. The room had all amenities. Carpet in our room and hallway was clean, smelled fresh. We did not have any issues, we felt safe and secure. The parking is free with plenty of parking and we appreciated the opportunity to park under cover in the rain. I appreciated our comfortable stay🤗💯

The place is old, Needs updating for the price….

Our room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator didn't work for hours. We had to walk up carrying bags. I'm a military vet with walking/mobile disabilities (both hips replaced, spinal issues), it was brutal walking up, but i had no choice. This is the second stay where the elevators were out of order...not good at all.

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Example: only one elevator was in service. The one that was operative the elevator door rattled when closing and the elevator panel in it was very loose. I did not see a certificate of inspection.

My day was pretty good except for I was on the sixth floor and the other elevator was not working and they did nothing to accommodate that I had to walk up over 10 flight of stairs to make it to the sixth floor And to make it to my mother-in-law‘s room who is on the eighth floor

My personal opinion is that is if I'm paying more than average price for a room I should not have to pay for breakfast $17.00 per person. That's ridiculous. Parking lot had garbage left all over it. Our room was $250.00+ and when we walked in it smelled of mildew, the wallpaper was bubbled from water damage in the room, the threshold going into the bathroom was broken so when you stepped on it it moved which is again unacceptable due to possible injury of being cut or falling. We expected a great stay and honestly it was below average. I've traveled many places and had a much better time at a $99.00 hotel. Hopefully this review will make somewhat of a change in up keep of the area and the hotel itself.

The coffee pods in room were great. Charge for water and ice machines are not on every floor. No courtesy reception coffee, cold water station.

Bed is comfortable :)
