空港に近く、とても過ごしやすかったです。

清潔感や設備の質は良いが、セーフティボックスがない。最近泊まったホテルはどこも部屋に無料の水が置いてあって補充も無料だったが、ここはなし。 また、バスルームのタオル掛けのバーとフックが固定されておらず、タオルを取っただけで簡単に分解してしまい、未使用のタオルが濡れた床に落ちた。これはちょっとひどい。 綺麗なんだけど残念な印象。

一時的にに停電した。外の建物や信号機は作動していた為、ホテル内のみの停電だったと思われる。概ね2時間で復旧したが、暗闇の中過ごすことになり不便だった。

Front staff was very friendly and nice. She spoke a little Japanese and give us very good service.

ホテルのロケーションは抜群で素晴らしいですが、ホテルの設備が古く閉口しました。シャワーはぬるくトイレのドアの鍵が壊れてロック出来ないし、Wi-Fiの接続に大変苦労したりと常に問題と対応している状況でさした。残念です。

ホリデーインの方が全然良い。 朝食が酷いし、受付も酷い。 部屋も酷い。 海外出張の時はホリデーインで十分。

出張時に利用。机、特に椅子が業務に向いていてよかった。

バスタブにお湯が貯まらない

This property was a pretty good deal for the price. The location was fantastic, the daily buffet breakfast at the restaurant was nice and the other food there was tasty as well. The property itself needed a little TLC but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay in our comfortable room. We would consider staying again if it was a good deal.

Property just felt old, elevators old. I just feel the hotel can get renovated. I also ordered food Togo at the restaurant to bring upstairs to my room and asked for napkins but the guy didn’t want to give me any..

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza near the SFO airport, and overall it was a decent experience, but not without its issues. What I liked: The location is super convenient; close to the freeway but tucked off to the side enough that you don’t hear all the traffic noise. The room was clean, and the gym had a decent setup with enough equipment for a quick workout. It's a chill, quiet vibe for being right by the airport. What I didn’t like: Housekeeping was honestly frustrating. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to request room cleaning every single day, even after telling them at check-in that I’d like daily service. They kept forgetting, so I had to call multiple times throughout my stay just to get basic service. That kind of inconsistency shouldn't happen at a hotel in this price range. Also, on the first night, I was given a room with one bed even though I requested two. They fixed it the next day, but I had to repack and move all my stuff after already settling in, not ideal when you're traveling. Restaurant options on-site were okay, but limited and definitely on the expensive side. The pool area looked like it could use a deep clean. Parking is $25 per night. It’s not a bad place to stay if you want something near the airport that’s quiet and convenient. But just know going in that you’ll have to stay on top of the staff for housekeeping and double-check your room details.

The age of the hotel is beginning to show. Staff was short especially for dinning. Staff was friendly. Outside of the facility was dirty. Obvious signs of vehicle abandonment throughout the facility. Cost of party was high and the daily rate was not told to us until we checked out.

Hotel was convenient and comfortable. Well worth the cost. Staff was always helpful. Conveniently located.

They should have their airport drop offs earlier. I had to call a taxi at 4 AM. Drop off times are 4:50 AM that needs to change like I said it cost me 25 extra dollars to go 2 miles but it was worth it still you should change your airportDrop off times.

I would say the only things I liked about this hotel was the comfortable bed and the clean bathroom. The pillows were too full and firm causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. The air conditioner was also incredibly loud and creaked when on, so every time it activated our sleep was disrupted AND I couldn’t hear my alarm clock on my phone that was sitting on the nightstand right next to me. Yes, it was convenient and a fair price point (through a 3rd party), but I will never stay here again.

Nearby running trail was nice.

Staff was limited with what they could do but they weren’t helpful. Moved from a room that had a leaky faucet to a room with also a leaky faucet, no hot water and low water pressure. Rooms look old and dingy as this an older hotel.

It’s old and run down. In the bathroom, marking are wrongly done for hot and cold water. All electrical sockets don’t work properly. We stayed there for 3 days and hotel staff didn’t clean room even once. We tried to call reception but no one picks up the phone most of the time. We needed drinking water in reception and they said all staff is busy in restaurant so it can take a long time. It was not a good experience overall!

Room wasn’t cleaned when we got back from being out. Went to restaurant down stairs, asked the hostess for price, $25, a bit pricy for what they had. Plus they had ran out of scrambled eggs, which they wernt so scrambled, that my son said. Ran out of potatoes. While looking at buffet, and was approached by host he mentioned, because we’re about to close, got a bill for $54. That’s expensive for the buffett food my son & I had which wasn’t even good. For that price we could’ve had better sit down breakfast
