This was our second time staying here and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Great ocean views and beach access for a reasonable price. Always clean and has everything you need and within walking distance of some stores, shops and restaurants. Both stays we were lucky enough to see sea lions and our last stay we saw whales. Our family will definitely be back!

I liked it here we had fun

The room was perfect for us . Our disappointment was that first night hot tub was closed and the pool isn’t heated so even the kids couldn’t stay in very long. We chose this place because it has a pool so for us it took away from our overall experience. But again the room just what we hoped for.

I loved having a full kitchen available for the family

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was nice and clean even for an older building. Loved that it was right on the beach. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking is not great at all. It’s very compact and small parking spaces.

Pool was basically too cold to use. Huge disappointment, as with early summer an indoor pool is a nice reprieve from the cold ocean.

This property is located right on the beach. That is what you are paying for. As for the accommodations, they are lacking. The beds, linens, and furniture are old and worn out. The kitchen is stocked with old mismatched plates and silverware, and only has one dull steak knife. For the price you pay to stay there, they need to up their game.

The room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the bed remember every person that slept in that bed!!! It was the worst 3 nights of sleep! The view was nice and the price was good.

Staying there since 80's - always great before. This time kitchen & bath clean, floor filthy - bare feet from shower to bed BLACK soles. Leak under bath sink - makeup case soaked. Door didn't work right - stuck EVERY time. Trash in kitchen not emptied. Shower curtain fell off - we fixed. Curtain not spanning window - we fixed. Second night spa filled with foam with brown crust - nasty. After decades of only patronizing D'Sands the era has ended.

The bed slept great! Couldn’t find a toaster. The hair dryer was broken. We stayed on the 1st floor and loved the convenience of being able to walk out our door and have coffee on the patio. Added bonus was the cover over the patio from the balcony above!

This property is a great base from which to enjoy the Lincoln City Kite Festival. We could see the kites from our balcony and walk right out on the beach where the kites were being flown. Our unit was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive--important because message with entrance code did not come through via Expedia. The staff responded at 11 pm the night before our stay!

Took my family of 5 to D Sands Condominiums and my family loved it! Didn't want to leave! Definitely will be back!

The view is absolutely amazing, also easy access to the beach. What I didnt care for we're the people above us, made noise, mainly stomping around till 2am.

Terrible amenities. Room was not ready when I arrived and had to wait well after check in too go in room. Still had to check out on time though so paid for part of my trip for them to clean the room from the previous occupant. Someone parked right in front of my door but there is no assigned parking so I had to park away from my room and walk around someone’s car. Other guests would stop and stare through the windows on the back patio. Absolutely 0 privacy

Loved the easy check in, it was very private and the best part is the oven front beach access. Recommended to family and friends

The place looks right on the beach. Tide pools to the north on the beach were awesome at low tide. Tons of star fish. If you have mobility issues get a first floor room, no elevators. Parking is tight.
