We unfortunately had a house fire and we needed a place to stay. They have been so helpful. They are making our stay perfect and we appreciate them. They are affordable, they accepted our doggies. The kids get to escape and play in the pool.

The room reeked of mold & mildew. The floor was like walking on a beach. Hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Lamp shades were water stained and rusty. The paint was scraped and peeling from both sides of the bathroom door and the inside of the entry door. The AC sounded like a plane taking off. I've stayed in mom & pops that were much better

Do not use their online check in. They placed a hold on the card I use with Expedia, even though I used a fully different card to check in. Then when I did arrive after showing the employee that there was, in fact, a hold on my other account she went ahead and checked me in…and it charged the card I’d used at check in. So now there are basically 2 charges for a horrible room until the hold drops off.
Then there was the room. Dirty, smelly, the light switch at the door did exactly nothing to brighten that room, the toilet was stained and looked like there was always poop in it, and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in in years

The room needed a deep clean or possibly even a renovation. There was a lingering smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. The bathroom felt outdated and didn’t give a sense of cleanliness. One of the provided rags was stained, which was concerning. On a positive note, the breakfast was okay — nothing exceptional, but it did the job.

The room had small bugs on top of the bedspread and, upon further inspection, had bed bugs. I took a picture, reprted it & slept in my car until another hotel could be booked the next day.

From the moment I walked in, the place smelled awful — like moisture and mildew were in the air everywhere. The hallways were dirty and clearly not maintained. When I got to my room, it looked nothing like the photos online. The bed and furniture had a strong, musty odor that made it hard to relax or even breathe comfortably. Everything felt damp and unclean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they seriously improve their cleanliness and maintenance standards

This place was a absolute crap hole booked a non smoker room well had been smoked in for ever tried to switch they wouldnt then go to get ice. Under my ice bucket was a glass crack pipe or whatever and a bowl of drugs. So 6am go tell mgr on duty she takes pics of it asked for a refund said had to deal with expedia for them to talk to there gm. Well long story short didnt get my refund. Place is not at all worth 100 a nite. Very disappointed

When we got to the room, looked good. Looked! One bed had blood on the sheets,the other had hair in it. Then my wife come out of the bathroom with no socks on and and she got long hair and alot of it on her feet. Clearly the floor was as dirty as the beds. And when you move on the beds you could probably hear them outside!

The rooms curtains were old, had mold and small holes in them, the bathroom light was strobing, there was mold above the shower on the wall. The TV only got 1 channel- Lifetime. It was excessively loud, loud speakers playing music continuously, the advertised hot tub was boarded over.

Should be listed as a smokers only hotel. Smoke everywhere. Cigarette butts all over the property. Exterior walkways were stained and fillthy. The shower handle was broken. We left and drove home early to avoid sleeping in that room the second night. Had to kill a giant roach in the room. The property advised they could not help us as we booked through a third party. When i turned in the keys and requested a receipt as i paid for both nights ahead of time and didnt want them charging me for anything else, they told me they could not give me one as i wouldn't officially be checked out til the next morning. Completely disatisfied with this property.

Woke at 2am and killed 6 small roaches and one big spider in the bathroom. Packed my bags and left after only 3 hours sleep and no shower. Night desk clerk offered no help at all and admitted that she was aware a few rooms had reported bugs. How can a Florida hotel not have regular pest control! Never again.
