Nice hotel for cost.

Check in was a nightmare. Three ladies at the desk had my reservation all screwed up. I had three rooms reserved, three different names all under one reservation. Somehow that was very difficult to understand and in the end the billing has gotten all messed up. I have been charged for three rooms and another person has been charged for two rooms when it was to be split three ways and the hotel is now telling me it isnt their problem its the app I used to book it, but yet the hotel is who ran my credit card. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, but the smell was so very musty humid.

It should not be rated as high as it was on several sites. It’s a motel. Fine print says that there is no elevator. We were on the second floor. The room was strange.

We often stay here when traveling through! Everyone there is great!

Be advised that this hotel will place several holds on your bank card . our stay was 2 days and a total of 740.00 the hotel charged us 740.00 TWICE . i have stayed at many hotels and have never had an incidental hold for almost 800.00 . the room smelled moldy and the carpet and bed linens were damp . the breakfast provided consisted of brown bananas and toast . the housekeeping room was littered with coors light beer cans and the entranceway to hotel was surrounded by tons of cigarette smokers so it’s all you smell in lobby .

If i could give 10 stars i would. Staff was amazing friendly and great people. The 2 ladys i chatted with at the front desk are amazing definitely amazing employeesand deserve a raise ! Room was spotless bed was a bit firm but not to bad. We will definitely stay here again next rock the country. Amazing stay ❤️

Toilet ran noisily until I finally turned the valve off, rendering it unflushable until I opened it in the morning No biggie, but Road noise is prominent so all n all rest was hard to come by. Breakfast was meager and everything was wrapped in plastic. Overly so. This basically cancels out the fact that they actually had a recycling bin (yay!).

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean and the housekeeping staff are meticulous on the room setup and cleaning. My only complaint is we booked a double queen bed room and it was two full mattresses on queen frames. So the metal stuck out all around the mattress and we kept banging our knees on the metal frame. Also two adults trying to NOT fall off a full mattress was a nightmare.
