フライトディレイのため、やむなく急遽予約し、宿泊させていただきました。 あまり清潔感はありませんでしたが、宿泊するのになんの問題もなかったです。

Staff and their service are good but building is very old and dirty. They have a waffle machine. Hot water in the bathroom changed into water for long time.

we stayed for two nights over a Friday to Sunday stay. The room was quiet and linens were clean. However, the amount of grime and filth in the bathroom was hard to take. Lots of mildew on the tiles and corners, the bathroom fan vent was completely cover in dust and dirt. The shower curtain had not been changed out from the last visitor and it had something funky on it. There were un-spackled holes in the wall from a previous toilet roll holder. The bottom inside of the bathroom door had a large hole in it. Dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom. The shower rod could have used a new paint job where it attached to the wall. No ice bucket. No ice bag. Beds were ok and the table and nightstand area seemed fine. We were in Room 205, July 25-27th. There seems to be a trend that hotel chains are being managed by people who bring the standards of 3rd world cleanliness to the USA. This is not acceptable if you are then going to charge 1st world prices. We have clean water and disinfectants and expect them to be used. MUCH more thorough cleaning needs to be done at this hotel in order for me to return or reccommend.

Nobody was present when we checked in. We called the number and the manager on duty was making an airport shuttle run, which is completely understandable, but it meant we waited quite a while to check in. Breakfast was a few packets of oatmeal and yogurt. There was coffee, but we had expected more options.

I would not recommend anyone to this place because it’s not worth your money to get this dirty place. Room smell, tub is not draining, pillow case is dirty, and cockroach crawling around. Not only that, they only supply one towel for shower because they don’t have any. My overall is that this place is not worth your money.

Only stayed one night. Hard to open door to room because carpet was blocking it from opening. Room had a weird almost mildew like smell and dampness. Bathroom has crack in shower vinyl, dirty baseboards, and saw a cricket in the room. Hard to sleep because the beds were springy, hard, and the metal frame under the bed makes noise if you toss and turn.

The building smelled bad and was very ran down. Would not recommend staying there.

Fire alarm kept going off when i'd take a shower. Room was not restocked with towels.

This place was ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly or available most of the time. It’s like you had to hunt them down and they were not very welcoming. The room overall was pretty good - clean, nice bed and quiet. We did have to ask for extra of everything since it was the bare minimum - blankets, pillows, toilet paper and towels. They didn’t provide any washcloths. I’m used to a Comfort Inn but I think I will stay at Holiday Inn next time for a convention.

It’s alright

some problems with finding entrance to property. I turned in wrong driveway. Had to have a keeper there that I just missed the Days Inn by one entrance. There was a large work truck with orange cones that almost covered up entrance.

Short staffed. Gentleman at desk working hard to accommodate everyone. Last person checked in started room not clean in prior to check in.

The guy who checked us in was amazing! Very friendly, sweet, and funny! I bought two rooms and both were excellent. The pool was cold but excellent as well. Overall I had fun, just like he said I would.

Customer service was good . Love the airport shuttle.

The check-in person was friendly. It was difficult to get some rest because the guests residing in the room above kept running/stomping. The room had a funky smell, but we made due.

We just needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. Was only going to be there for sleep basically, so didn't want to spend much on a room. You get what you pay for, and we didn't expect much, but this hotel was fine. A little run down, the beds weren't very comfortable, and it just had an old hotel smell. We had to leave before breakfast was served, but I like that it was offered. Staff was very nice.
