Typical chain hotel renovation trim is peeling and cracked in every location. Bug free place to sleep but not anything more.

Desk staff was very nice. A seating area instead of a third bed in our suite would have been good. Otherwise we were well accommodated.

Loved that it was a short walk to the Mackinaw Bridge lookout areas and to restaurants. Will definitely stay there again

It was in a perfect location for my trip and very convenient For it location and right price.

Looks decent from the outside but these rooms are average at best.

Room was very clean, we stayed with our dogs. We found pet fees excessive compared to other hotel. Mattress was very comfortable

Very dated and needs overhaul. The breakfast was so bad that they were uso g a large tub of cream cheese being shared by the guests. I think this is a huge health violation.

Jay (staff) was a one man wonder! He is polite, happy, aims to please - just a delight. Room was spacious and clean. Building is older but kept up.

Upon arrival i had to phone the hotel clerk, which he said he'd be there in a minute, which took about five, and after a long 12 hour drive, it was not ideal at midnight to have to wait. Lobby was super small, and no access to our room from there. Had to go back outside to access the elevator. If youre looking for anything to drink, look farther because all they had, in a very inconvenient spot in the stairwell of all places, was an ice machine with nothing else to go with the ice. No cold running water in the room, which was a big negative. Personally, id never stay at this place again.

Location was perfect. Facilities were clean and bug free. Staff was nice and accommodating. Would recommend.

Nice inexpensive place to stay for 1night. Although next time I would choose a hotel closer to town. Although walkable to downtown Mackinaw City, just not right downtown. Price was right for one night prior to heading there Mackinac Island in the morning. Thank you

Do not recommend. Very old and outdated, very thin walls. Air conditioner filter not changed, made my wife ill.

Nice place for a quick night cap. Though the property is very close to the highway which is busy all the time and traffic noise disturbance is there - but if you are tired or have a deep sleep- it doesn’t affect you much.

Close to all amenities. Safe. Within walking distance to the beach.

The stay in mackinaw city is always amazing

Said online there was a hot tub but there was no hot tub. Granted I could’ve called before hand and ask if it was working.

I was very happy with the room. Price was great. I really liked how easy it was to get to. The parking with a pickup is tight. If you're in a car it would be great. But I would stay here again for sure.

Great place. Nice rooms and even got me in a day early.
