Horrible hotel. Room was dark, dingy, dirty, rusted electric wires and lamps, dangerous room access floor and stairs. No breakfast. Staff was helpless due to poor managment.

This was the worst experience of my life. This place was so dirty and rachet I could not stay. I canceled my reservation after seeing the room. There was a lady in line complaining that bedbugs were in her room. There was a man that had just checked in complaining there were no linens on the bed and wet towels on the floor of the room he just walked into. There were 3 people complaining that there were no towels in their room. Another lady complaining there were dead bugs in her tub. There were people hanging out of their rooms with the doors open. And the smell of Marijuana almost gave me a contact high. I left because I did not feel safe, the room conditons were deplorable and there was too many complaints by other customers while I was standing there.

Spend the extra $ and avoid this place

I would not stay here. The tubs are dirty both the rooms they switched me in, smelled. The people are are unprofessional. It’s actually the worst hotel that I have ever been in. people are outside, making noise and all the above. The price is cheap for a reason. DONT STAY!

The window was broken. Everything was sticky including the remote that didnt work. When i went to front desk to get a different remote that one also was sticky and did not work. The lock on the door was extremely hard to engage. Didn’t feel safe at all being there with my daughters.

Went to see Mardi Gras. This is an old hotel. All hard floors, nice bed, but things just short of great. They try hard but lots of work to get it great.

First there were no rooms on the first room or elevators for the elderly then we got a room on the second floor that didn’t have light in the bathroom and the phone didn’t work then we switched rooms and the door didn’t open then we got switched to a third and final room that the phone also doesn’t work either but is generally fine.

The manager was very nice. The facility was the worse I’ve ever stayed in. It was filthy, old and I will not ever stay at a Wyndham again.

The room was in no shape for people to stay in…it had maintenance going on and the tub didn’t drain that had parts sitting on the side of the tub

I would like a refund for this reservation as my flight was cancelled until the next day. This was all booked through expedia.

This property is not like the pictures show. The sink was dirty. There was no soap and the remote control was sticky. The placed smelled like smoke.

TV did not work properly, small flying bugs in bathroom, killed a spider on the floor, holes in the wall completely outdated and ragged, dirt caked on top of baseboards. Expedia needs to drop this one and Wyndham will also be getting an email. Clerk was very nice and apologetic

Hubo una persona estacionada durmiendo en su auto frente a mi cuarto por mis 2 dias de estancia y el ruido de su vehículo no me dejo descansar como lo deseaba. Se le notifico al front desk sobre el asunto y de todas formas la persona continuo durmiendo en su auto frente a mi cuarto. No deben permitir que situaciones como esta sigan sucediendo. Grax.

The place is a bit old, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and beds are comfortable.

There was absolutely nothing about this property that I liked.It was dirty.It was a clean when I got in.It was just horrible

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. However the tv was on and the remote wasn’t working.Had to unplug it.
