It smelled like urine in the room.

We could hear a lot of noise (outside cars movement in street and people walking in halls). The place was clean, however when we came inside the room the bleach odor was too much, I feel it made the room smell weird. We were visiting family for one day, so it was convenient for the night, just not the our best experience or the most comfortable place to really rest.

The rooms were dirty. I found a pin an a contact and hair all over the floor.

The staff was nice and the room was large and clean.

Practically on the offramp, but we didnt hear the traffic. The couch and suite offered was appreciated as a larger family. Breakfast was limited, but we knew that going into it. Packaged danishes. We didnt use anything but the beds, there less than 12 hours

The staff was super friendly, The front desk clerk I believe his name was Travis was super cool and helpful. The property itself was an older property and it shows. Could use some updating, but that's not the staff's fault. They do a great job with what they have. Overall though its a good value and they are pet friendly which was most important to me since I was bringing my dog with me.

Nice clean motel, no frills, simple breakfast, fit our needs.

Noisy.

Our 5 night stay was punctuated with frustratingly intermittent amenities. First let me say that the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff were very good. We were shorted wash cloths and a bath mat for several days. Very few of the electrical outlets would hold the plug so it was hard to charge electronics. The Wi-fi worked some days; others not and we had to ask for the router to be reset. The cable tv had to be disconnected/reconnected every night (except one) to get the television reception to work. Breakfast was an assortment of packaged pastries, waffles, toast, juices. There were no eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit or yogurt. Very disappointing stay, especially for the price.

the phone wire was loose so I had to hold it while calling the front desk. The room was missing an iron and tv remote. Also the bathroom was dirty. Breakfast consists of a pastry and coffee. This would be in line with a price cheaper than what I got this room for. For this room's price, an iron and tv remote control should be at least in the room and also phone should be on proper working conditions. And bathroom should at least be CLEAN.

The desk clerk, Kevin, was friendly, competent, helpful. He was awesome.

Although I prefer to leave positive comments, I will start by saying room was clean, my observation would be that rooms need renovation upkeep for that extra comfort expectation. Small mosquitos flying in room all days there was uncomfortable. Location was ideal, many restaurants around.
