スタッフの皆さんが気持ちよく挨拶してくれた。比較的大きな通りに面しており、駅にも近く、周辺にはマクドナルドなどのお店が多めなので、困ることはない。また、隣にコンビニエンスストアもある。

Very quiet

Not what I expected.

It’s a place that’s inexpensive + is convienen for a night or two if you’re passing through. Staff is really helpful though. There are a bunch of restaurants in the area. Parking was easy. Just wish it was as little nicer

Good hotel in the middle of New York State.Good parking, convenient location.

They really don't have much of a breakfast and the toilet paper roll fell off and couldn't be put back on. I did tell them at the front desk. Beds were pretty small for us but we made do. The property is okay. Needs some small updates.

When handling luggage, it is difficult getting through the entrance doors. Both sets of doors need to be pulled open requiring you to set down your bags to move through both sets.

Key cards do not work for outdoor. Constantly had to get them changed out. Room had a constant urine smell

Everything was good staff was personable

The stay was fine. The electrical outlets were very loose. Everyone of them including the bathroom. Strange. I told tha manager.

Constant issue with room card keys/room door lock mechanism malfunctioning.

Awful. Very loud air conditioner that sounds like a 60 cycle buzzing rattling hamster wheel that is spinning in a pool of urine as it gets louder and louder the more it runs and the water builds up inside it making it like a zen garden fountain of nastyness and noise waking you at 2am when the compressor kicks on. The room features dirty dried stains on floor by the bed that was clearly never cleaned up and trash and wrappers for pills mixed up in the lamp cord by the night stand (see photo for example of stains and trash), 1 dirty microwave on first floor by the vending machines.Some are smoking in rooms to cope with the room, sealed windows and the room vents do nothing so the whole hall smells like weed and smoke on the second floor since there is not a smoking area in the parking lot. I find it hard to believe that any executive from wyndham has ever rented a room here and tried to stay on the 2nd floor of this days inn. Perhaps they should try to stay there for 2-3 days and see how bad it is. There are lots of competing hotels in the area and the condition of this days inn is not acceptable. I grew up in Utica and bringing my wife here from out of town is sad when we see all the other hotels popping up around this dump of a days inn by Wyndham "hotels and resorts". Just tear it down and sell it as a parking lot to the Hampton Inn behind it so a better company can compete on price. I will avoid all Wyndham properties until this days inn is renovated and revamped or razed.

Area ok..price good but you get whar you pay for. Never chsnged sheet or new towels although I stayed over 3 days..they had plastic on the box springs. The plsstic had a flap and full of dirt.

Electric socket falling out of the wall no coffee at 730am key would not work on back entrance

Very outdated but clean

Room 227. The bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean. Bathtub drain is clogged and fills with water when showering. Other guests staying there appear to be regulars and some are sitting on the curb outside smoking cigarettes just outside the backdoor. I don’t recommend for families.

I didn’t like the hotel it smelled like pot and they didn’t have enough towels
