Crystal in Fuell was phenomenal :) all around a great staff and stay

Services were as advertised

Would not accommodate for my wife’s disability so we had to leave and waste money cause they wouldn’t refund us and could not accommodate us

Location is everything and this hotel has a perfect location. We stayed overnight after the Ford Fireworks and it seems everyone had the same idea. Although the lines were extremely long for check in, the staff pulled together and knocked the lines down in no time. I was IMPRESSED! The lobby and Ren

Good experience. Check in could you a bit clearer signage for lines to check in.

Overall the view was amazing. However the a/c didn’t work which made me leave first thing in the morning. Then the bathroom it was an eyelash on the bathroom sink. The ceiling was coming down a little too.

Be prepared to walk here, especially after parking. Which is also a hassle.

Check-in was a little hectic due to the fireworks event. More informed staffing may have helped to reduce long lines and guests becoming frustrated. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would return.

The room was dirty. There was a dirty q-tip and public hair on the floor in the bathroom, toothpaste on the counter under the glasses, and mold on the ceiling. I have a food allergy, it took 3 tries to cook my food allergen free.

Love the Ren Cen. Yet it’s kind of away from the action of downtown. Needs updating. Lobby bar is awesome

The room itself was excellent. However, It was like Walmart to check in with maybe 10 check-in desks and only two reception people working Friday in the afternoon. The hotel is very difficult to navigate if you’re trying to get out to the street or to find coffee. The Illy coffee bar was closed the Friday, Saturday and Sunday we were there. But it was very interesting that the hotel was part of the GM renaissance center. And the proximity to the river was nice. Our room had an excellent view of the river and the city.

It was terrible! From checking - rude staff. Several people at our conference had bed bugs in their room; others entered dirty rooms; some others had strangers trying to access their rooms after rooms were double booked. I had no trash cans in my room. To make matters worse, a grease fire in the kitchen on the top floor was initially dismissed by staff as regular cooking smells. When the building was evacuated, some of the stairwells and passageways were difficult to pass through and in one case, the fire exit door was locked. The fire marshal needs to go and check out the building and I am horrendously disappointed with Marriott where I stay on a frequent basis perhaps no more.

Great location to downtown. Average amenities, only one hotel restaurant and bar. No coffee maker in the room, so have to go 20 floors down to get a coffee. Room was comfortable and clean with impressive views of the river and skyline.

The property was well-maintained and clean
