Let me start by saying that this is a beautiful place to stay! We stayed for one night before our cruise set off the next morning and we stayed in the Luxe Lagoon houseboat. This houseboat definitely felt like luxury with its up-to-date technology, modern look and overall feel of the place. The bed was nice and comfortable, the bathrooms and showers (one on each floor) were both very roomy and clean, and the porch on both floors were very well kept as well. The restaurant on site was also very convenient and delicious! The reason I am not giving our visit 5 stars is due to the black mold we saw in the bedroom upstairs. It wasn’t just a little amount, it was a lot which made me concerned what else I may not be seeing. We also had some issues with the front door opening when we first arrived but a maintenance man was able to assist us with that. Overall, a great stay and would come back if the mold gets addressed. ☺️

Ruby the property manager went above and beyond! She was extremely helpful! Our only issue was an odor of marijuana in our unit. The staff did what they could to mitigate the smell but that smell likes to linger!! In no way was it the fault of the property, only guests who dont like to follow the rules and have no consideration for the next guests! Ruby was very apologetic even though it wasnt her fault! It was the perfect place to stay the night before a cruise! Would have liked to have stayed longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat was very clean and tastefully decorated. The blue lights in the living room were a nice touch as long as we kept them on for a short time. I think the white lights had burned out, no big deal. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchenette was perfect for small meal prep, and the refrigerator was big enough to hold food. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. We couldn't use the rooftop much due to the weather, but when we did, it was relaxing. The view never gets old.

It was a very unique experience would stay again.

I love the til bar on the property. House was clean and affordable.

The house got was buitful, just big enough for two people. I did a couple loads of laundry wirh no issues. I think next time, i would like try the two bedroom house boat. The house boat is our favorite placed we've stayed durning our trip. And i got to see a rocket launch from the roof deck, so cool!!!

This was a great stay for us. Truly beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend. Definitely booking again in the future.

Tolle und schöne Wohnung, super sauber und angenehm. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles topp, auch die Kommunikation!

It was a beautiful location on a canal with wildlife noted. The place was fairly clean but easily could have been better. The floors looked clean but after walking around the appartment with bare feet our feet were almost totally black. I mentioned this to the management people but got no reply. We even took a picture of my daughter's feet after about an hour without shoes on their floor.

Have stayed several times. Always a good stay.

Thank you for the hospitality. The apartment has already been evicted. Beautiful and spacious place. A little sad because it was only one day and I couldn't enjoy the whole place. In the future definitely if I go back to the surroundings I will stay here. I must mention that the only issue was when I arrived that the door did not want to open with the code that was sent. It was tried several times according to the instructions. So there was plan B.

The rental was awesome . super clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. Super easy to find. comfortable for all 8 of us.
