リビングとベッドルームが別で、バスルームも広く、キッチンや洗濯機乾燥機もあり、長期滞在には最高だと思います。 賃貸マンションの空室をサービスアパートメントとして運用しているようで、フロントなどホテルのようなサービスはありません。 チェックインもショートメールに鍵箱の暗証番号などが送られてくるセルフスタイル。海外の携帯番号だったので届かず、別途届いていたメールの電話番号に電話してことなきを得ました。注意点はそこだけです。

街へのアクセスがよく、快適に過ごせました。

The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. The location was good, we were able to walk downtown and walk to dinner. I felt the level of cleanliness left something to be desired though. The bathroom had lots of long dark hairs on the floor, looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned, and also in the washing machine. I even took a picture of a large clump of hair in the corner of the bathroom. The cabinets had finger prints on them and the windows were filthy. The fan in the bathroom is always on, can't turn it off. And the bed was pretty uncomfortable with very hot (not breathable) bedding. I know that the average person who stays here is in town on business, but we were a couple on a weekend getaway and I just felt that for the price it should've been in better condition.

The planning of the unit is not great, it feels small plus there is no full isolation between the living area and the bedroom

식기류, 침구류, 욕조 등의 청소상태가 별로였습니다. 급하게 정리하고 치운듯한 느낌이었습니다. 청소는 좀더 신경써야할 사안이라 생각됩니다. 옆에서 공사가 한창 진행 중이어서 아침에 공사소리에 잠이 깼습니다만 이건 어쩔 수 없다고 생각합니다. 그래도 주변분위기가 좋고 토요일에 앞 공원쪽에 마켓이 열려서 구경하는 재미가 있었습니다. 건물 문과 엘리베이터를 들어올 때 키가 있어야되서 안전한 느낌이 들었습니다.

Loved the property, great location and the room is very spacious and convenient. Will definitely come back. The only thing I think they need improvement on is housecleaning. I stayed at this location two different times and the first time the counters and coffee table didn’t seem to be wiped very well, it still had food and hair particles on it and the glass table was all in fingerprints. The floor didn’t seem to be mopped very well as well. The second round of stay the housekeeper forgot to grab a small towel that was clearly used because it still had mascara on it and was half wet. :/ The bedding had other people’s hair on it... The beauty of this room makes up for everything, I just wish they were a little better about cleaning to make that experience that much better.

The apartment was perfect especially after a long evening of travel- I was happy to have two nights there. The view was spectacular! Thank you also for prompt response when emailing in regards to flights changes.

Although this property is well placed and the amenities are good, the fact that no mention is expressed in the description about being surrounded by extensive building works is very deceptive. The sound of jack hammers, semi trailers, dazzling search lights at 1:00 am starting Sunday morning was very disconcerting. If you expect to stay here in the near future, do not expect to have a restful nights sleep. We were very disappointed by the dishonest approach taken in describing this property.

Easy check in and out. Well stocked room but no AC. Also no screens on the windows. So when you open the windows to cool the room you get a room full of bugs flapping their wings. Good news you get enough bugs you get a light breeze from the flapping wings.

Fantastic accommodation - lots of space, modern, excellent kitchen and clothes washing facilities. One of the best we’ve stayed in.

It was amazing, from beginning to end. My family and I was blown away from the first conversation on instructions to checking in and also leaving.. it made us want more and relocate to Seattle. Being in a place like this definitely shows so much that Seattle can offer. My family and I would love to live here.

I had issues with the heat being on in the apartment unit that would not shut off. I called domicile and they helped me troubleshoot. However, the unit was missing an additional fan, so I had to sleep in the heat. As a result, I got refunded my money. Domicile was super helpful and cooperative.

Easy to check-in and out. Contacted someone by phone about extra blankets and requesting late check out and were always helpful and quick to respond. Someone personally delivered an extra set of sheets/blankets within minutes. Excellent location within walking distance to most restaurants, parks and lakes.

The condo was in a great state of repair and a really good location. All your needs have been covered with a well equipped kitchen including filter coffee machine with coffee and milk/sugar available along with staples including oil, salt and pepper. There was also a few complimentary groceries provided including water, wine and a couple of health bars. Shampoo, soap and conditioner all included and a great washing/ironing facility. Very easy to follow instructions to check in and depart. However, there appears to be an issue with notification from hotels.com. Therefore you should phone a day or more in advance and they will share these details with a link from a text message. The only down side was that I could not work out how to turn off a circulation fan. Not sure if it was me or the system but it wasn't great when suffering from jet lag.

Very easy check in process. Spacious 1BR with all the amenities that you need. It doesn’t have the same amenities that you have on a hotel like room service, but we didn’t need that and preferred the extra space instead.

We were within walking distance to Market Place, the Space Needle, Whole Foods Market and downtown Seattle.
