Would rate it like a three star property Very noisy - right on freeway Wreaks of onions in the lobby

The toilet seat in the bathroom had cracks and chips in it that had been filled with caulk. This wasn’t the lid. Restaurant was out of most things to make a basic hamburger such as pickles and tomatoes. Tried to charge meal to my room and the bartender said system was down. Tried to pay with credit card, and he couldn’t get machine to work. Said I would pay with cash and he said he couldn’t take cash. Upon check out I showed pics of toilet seat to counter person and she said I couldn’t get a refund because I went through a third party to book, which was Expedia and the refund would have to come from them. I still don’t have a refund and now they have this terrible review. Overall great customer service! Not!!!!!

We enjoyed are stay here. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best!

Parking was $40 for 1 day. Beds were ok. Overall a nice place, walkable to the moody center.

Property was well maintained. The staff was always available and timely.

Great location for a concert at the Moody, and comfortable. Could hear the road noise from our room, and the parking fee of $35 plus tax was a bit high. But the location made up for this, and would stay again. Did not have the breakfast or use any of the other amenities so cannot comment on that. There is a Denny's also on site, which is another food alternative.

It was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and complimentary shampoo, body wash etc. I reserved a king size bed months ago but they only had a room with two queen sized beds upon arrival. I felt this establishment is trying to squeeze out every last penny from you. They charge for things that other hotels of the same standard are complimentary. I didn't like that you have to pay for parking which at the time was forty bucks , water bottles cost three bucks in the room. Usually, hotels of this caliber offer a free continental breakfast. You have to pay $21, but kids eat for free. I wouldn't stay here again.

A bit disappointed the bar/lounge never opened. Overall great location and very friendly staff. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds and very clean. We will stay here again.

It’s close to St David’s medical center and walkable to the Moody Center

Bathroom door clearly water damaged and no exhaust fan.

We stayed here for a concert we were attending, it was a nice hotel, very clean and close to the arena.

The faucet in the bathroom was improperly installed and the spout is very loose. Old dirty carpeting, very loud in the room we were placed in. Restaurant and bar had very limited hours. It appears the hotel gets limited guests and the owners can’t afford to make the hotel current.

Every single employee in this hotel was amazing. Especially Martha! Friendly, helpful, always smiling. A great place!
