COCKROACHES! Beware! This is the hotel from hell! First we waited 2.5 hours for the airport shuttle that NEVER came and we ended up having to book an uber. I called the front desk 3 times while we were waiting to make sure we were in the right spot and that it was coming and they confirmed we were but kept giving us the run around about when it would be there. After finally getting to the hotel 3 hours later, we walked in and I got the ick immediately. I was willing to look past it though. Front desk was nice enough, they didn’t do much about the shuttle. again, was willing to look past that also. Finally getting to the room, it was disgusting. Massive stains all over the floor, a dirt shoe print spread across the pillow, a musty smell. Again, fine, willing to look past it, it’s one night. After about being in the room for 30ish minutes… I come upon the final straw.. cockroaches in the room! I thought they were rust stains on the end tables but then moved closer and they started moving too!! Cockroaches hidden everywhere. I immediately left the room, went to the front desk and asked them to book me at another Hilton hotel, they said they could only give me another room here and for obvious reasons I declined. I told them we’d be leaving the hotel and the immediately deactivated our room keys, I wasn’t even able to get back into the room to grab my things. I immediately booked another hotel and left. Phone numbers and emails don’t work. They also double charged me.

Property was clean but older and fairly good condition.

Lovely room once I got in, I had to wait two and a half hours to check in though.

I made a reservation on a 3rd party app. It did not go thru despite it billing my credit card twice. Upon arrival to hotel, they would not honor rate and charged 60.00 more than 3rd party. No hot water in room at night or next morning when checking out. Desk clerk did not answer phone when calling from airport. Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. Ice machine on 10tj floor did not work. Cookies were cold. Very disappointing experience.

Like the location near airport. Facilities were clean and comfortable. The n joyed the gym and jacuzzi.

Will be back again.

Everything was great

Hotel room was dirty. There was food in our couch and visible dirt on the walls and ceilings. It needs an update bad. Cleaning crew was knocking on all the doors at 9am to clean the rooms. It is supposed to have a shuttle from the airport but drove by us without acknowledging us. It was a $30 Uber from the airport.

Certain parts of the bathroom needs upgrade and cleaness

Shuttle bus arrives at the airport after less than 2 hours upon arriving in Miami.They gave me a room in the 10th floor and the key is not working upon arrival. Have to wait long for assistance.

Hubo retraso

I booked a room with a jetted tub weeks in advance and paid the rate for a room with one. When I checked-in nothing was mentioned about my room not having the tub, and that they gave me a jr suite instead. When I called the front desk to ask what the mix up was the intern at the front desk told me that they had booked all those rooms, and this is what I would be given. He offered no resolution, but to take it up with hotels.com. Definitely not staying at this place again where the staff thinks you are unintelligent when they are the lazy ones just collecting a pay check.

Great pool area; comfortable bed;our group enjoyed having the lobby area to sit and visit; convenience of the restaurant and hours was nice. Dislikes: the shower didn’t drain well and by the time the water temperature became at least warm and I stepped into the shower, the slow draining water was cold

I had carefully planned a special night for my wife at the Hilton DoubleTree in Miami, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I paid in advance and received confirmation for a suite with a whirlpool and balcony on the top (12th) floor, yet upon arrival, I was given a standard room on the sixth floor instead. When I raised the issue, the hotel blamed Expedia instead of taking responsibility, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even offer an apology for the mistake. This was meant to be a memorable night, and their failure to honor my reservation completely ruined the experience. I chose not to disclose further details about the special occasion because, given the hotel’s handling of the situation, I feared it would only make things worse. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability.

Very nice hotel. Shuttle was quick and service was good. Very friendly staff.

It's not the same. Rooms not ready, staff put u on a list and call when room ready, never received the call.. microwave broken had to throw away cold food brought when waiting for room to be cleaned.. water pressure in foom was a water fountain.. nowhere to park, valet $50 a day or play $10 every time you leave the parking lot 🤔.. there is no hotel parking.. use to park in lot infront of hotel.. but couldn't take a shower was horrible.. had to jog in the shower 🚿 to get wet.. horrible time..

The shuttle from the airport was great and very helpful since I got in late. The concierge was awesome and super helpful.

We arrived at the hotel early after a cruise. We asked about early checkin and leaving our bags to walk to a laundry mat. The two ladies at the desk for the morning shift were terribly rude and not accomodating. Several people were waiting in the lobby with us. There was a long list of folks to checkin. Those women even told a few people maybe 4:30. The afternoon team came in and started releasing rooms at 3:30. Maybe the morning staff should have helped cleaned rooms as they were doing nothing else from 10am on.
