Self check in and out, self everything. No resection desk. But location is good.

We checked in after hours and everything works smoothly. The bed was so comfortable!

Excellent stay! Nate, the Operations Manager for the location was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and an overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is automatic

Stay at the hotel was solid, two main issues were the lack of storage for suitcases post-checkout (which meant I had to haul around a big suitcase around the city with me as my flight was late), and additionally there were no personal fridges therefore everything was stored in a communal fridge in the lounge. Please add more storage for suitcases because currently there are only two cubbies for a multiple floor hotel, which obviously fill up extremely quickly.

Location was great! Walking distance to many attractions.

Very clean, comfortable, and modern decor. It was a great deal, very reasonable price for DC. It could use more luggage storage space, but manager is working on that and was very helpful to offer me alternatives. Highly recommended.

Checked into room it was so small with no closet. There is no where to open suitcase except the few feet from door to bed. That fills all space to walk. Room was not maintained had a dirty feel with poor repairs done helped with making it feel that way. Bathroom had toilet paper hold ripped from wall hanging on only by the thread at the end of a screw. I checked out shortly after checking in loosing all money I paid for my two nights. Moved to another hotel for comfort and room to actually walk.

Quiet and not too far from main attractions.

I paid a 2 night stay in this hotel, after they give me my room I told them that my “code” doesn’t work, they told me to don’t worry. So I went out and when I come back to the hotel at night, the code still NO WORKING, there was NOBODY on the building who can help me open the door, I call and send messages to everyone and at the end I have to spend my night in the street cuz I couldn’t even go inside the room I paid. Totally crazy that they make you paid for a room you can’t even use.

Great Budget Stay in a Charming Spot! Before booking, I saw a lot of negative reviews on Google, which made me hesitant—but since I was only staying for one night, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, I’m really glad I did! The place is super cozy and cute. Check-in was incredibly easy—they sent me a link beforehand, which made the whole process smooth and contactless. Both the lobby and my room were neat and clean. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing—right in DuPont Circle, with lots of places within walking distance. It felt safe even at night, which is a big plus. I’m not sure what others experienced, but my stay was great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly place in DC!

Great location to restaurants, metro and especially our son. Good communication , good and very responsive for off site personnel. Clean yet simple rooms . That’s all we needed as we were there to see DC and our son. There only to sleep and bed was comfortable
