定宿にしてますが立地がとても良いです。近くのレストランもメキシカンにイタリアン、ファストフードと徒歩圏内に色々なチョイスがあります。出張ならここがベストではないでしょうか

キッチン付きの部屋で快適だった。Wifiもそれなりに早く、コンセントやUSBチャージャーが充実しており、出張者には好都合なホテル。周辺にはスーパーは無いが、チェーン店のバーガーショップなどは充実している。セブンイレブンも数百メートル先にある。 空港行きのシャトルは30分おきに無料サービスで便利。 唯一の欠点は、シャワーの水圧が弱いというか、噴射する湯の感覚が広く、まんべんなく洗うのが難しい感じ。(文章表現が乏しくてすみません) リピートしたいです。

部屋が広く、スタッフも親切でした。周りにはチェーン系のレストランしかないし、駅も遠いので、車がないツライです。

Even staying at the same time as a girls, youtth, hickey team, it was so quiet and peaceful, that i slept wonderfully. Definitely recommend for convenience and peaceful rest when coming through Dallas. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to the sweet older lady who prepared the breakfast each morning — she was so kind, and the food was absolutely outstanding! It was such a wonderful way to start each day. I honestly don’t understand why this place has bad reviews online, because our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!

Would recommend this place hands down. The room was amazing. The breakfast was a very good variety and delicious. Shuttle service was great.

It's a nice hotel, my coworker and i booked because of the 9 of 10 start rating, but I feel that's very old rating. Overall a good start, but the room has wall damage, chipped and damaged furniture, and loose outlets. It's probably time for an update at this property.

Dinner dining was nearby, as was entertainment. Breakfast was incredible, there were so many options to choose from, and it was delicious. I would have liked to have had real oatmeal, instead of instant, but I loved having real plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware. We would definitely stay there again. The highlight for me was the lovely young lady at the front desk, Kiara, she made my day. She was so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I wish we could have stayed longer. I booked this hotel, literally as a last-minute resort for a family trip for my children and myself, and I'm SO glad I did. The receptionist, Kiara, was so hospitable upon check-in and throughout our stay, as was two other gentlemen that were present at varying intervals. As far as cleanliness, the hotel, including the lobby and rooms were spotless. We did have a mishap with one of the elevators when we arrived, but opted to use the stairs for a bit, until the lift was serviced. The shuttle was also a major convenience, offering drop off and pick up service to and from the airport and many locations in the surrounding area. The rooms were very modern, and the amenities were perfect. The kids and I agree...we would definitely stay here again!

Old and dirty

No air conditioning! It's 6 am and 78 degrees in my room! The staff doesn't care. Apparently it's been an issue in a lot of the rooms for over a year, but it hasn't been repaired. Also there's a constant smell of mold throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways, but also in the room. Public areas look great and are cool, but not the rooms.

I always stay at this Element when I have to come the DFW area for work. The staff are always nice and the happy hour at the end of the day is alwways great and accommodating. One time, I came back to the hote tired from a long day and I saw that I had just missed happy hour because the bartender was already packing up. But when he saw me, he pulled out two cold beers for me to take up to my room to enjoy. The location is also great because it's close to the major highways, near good food (and variety of choices) and also close to the airport. Highly recommend it!

Everything was good!

Our room was big but gross. We didn't even want to sit on the couch, hair in the shower (not just a little), dirty floors and baseboards, just yuck. The hotel was not full and we had a connecting room. First of all, the lock was not locked and second, they put someone in the room around 11pm that was so loud and obnoxious that we didn't get any sleep, even with the door to bedroom closed. The surrounding around was not walkable and the "airport" hotel was not close to the airport. Won't stay again. The employees were nice and helpful.
